Kaylin was absolutely amazing!!!
One of the best experiences I have ever had. Full of information about the menu and drinks. My party had so much fun. We talked about it all the way home. Cannot wait to go back. Fingers crossed she will be there to serve us again.

Last night (1/13/26), my 89-year-old fatherâa U.S. Army veteranâwas excited to meet up with dear friends we hadnât seen in a long time. We chose Strap Tank Brewing knowing the restaurant was open until 9:00 PM. We arrived at 8:30 PM, well within posted business hours.
From the moment we walked in, we were immediately hounded by the hostess, Avery, who repeatedly told us they were âclosing soon.â We were waiting on one member of our party who was only a few blocks away. Instead of seating us, Avery suggested we order our food to go. When I asked if we could please be seated, we were finally taken to a tableâonly to be told that the cooks were already turning off the grills.
What followed was even more unacceptable. Avery walked over within clear earshot of our table and began bad-mouthing our party to other staff members, all while we sat there receiving stares. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager on duty.
I have honestly never experienced this level of rudeness at a dining establishment in my life. Refusing to serve an elderly veteran who was simply trying to enjoy a meal with friendsâduring posted business hoursâbecause staff wanted to close early speaks volumes about the Springville Strap Tank location.
Update â January 14, 2026 at 12:15 PM:
I called the restaurant today to speak with a manager. I was called back by Kinly, who identified herself as a hostess. As I calmly explained what happened, she interrupted me and said, âCan I speak? Thank you!ââin an incredibly rude and dismissive tone.
I then attempted to contact all three Strap Tank locations to escalate the issue to corporate. Every location told me there was no manager working. I was also informed that the general manager at the Springville location had apparently walked out and quit the day before.
Kinly insisted Avery was not complaining about us, but merely âcommunicating with the waitstaff.â I was sitting within earshot and clearly heard what was being said, while staff stared at our table. When I told Kinly that the way she spoke to me was rude and unprofessional, she responded by saying she was âjust the 18 year old hostessâ and accused me of yelling at her. To be clear: I did not raise my voice, yell, or act aggressively in any way.
I sincerely hope these calls are recorded, because anyone in charge should hear exactly how this situation was handled.
This experience was unacceptable from start to finish and reflects very poorly not just on this location, but on Strap Tank as a whole. I would appreciate a response from Strap Tank corporate leadership addressing how this situation will be corrected, because this level of serviceâespecially toward elderly patronsâshould not be acceptable at any location operating under your name.

Came here tonight to meet up with some longtime friends that I havenât seen in several years. The place was open until 9 PM. We showed up at 8:30 and were kicked out by Avery. She insisted that instead of sitting at a table at 8:30 PM that we Look at their takeout menu. Said they were turning off all the grills and would not serve us. This restaurant is disappointing not just from a customer service standpoint, but general overall decency.

âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ For almost two decades now, Strap Tank and Legends have been showing up and delivering every time. Great food, awesome atmosphere, and even better people. What really makes them stand out is how much they support veterans, local charities, and the community as a whole. Theyâve been giving back for years and helping the community thrive. Always proud to support a place that truly cares.
Good food and service.

I've been here on a couple team lunches. Its a cool place with a fun vibe to it. I love the interior look of it very rustic/ barn like. The servers are always great and on top of things. Usually they have open tables ready to seat people, at least the times I've gone. The food is average id say. They don't necessarily have anything that stand out for me to say I want to specifically go there for that. I've tried various plates from burger, tacos, steak and the nachos and everything has been good in general. The wait time for meals can get long sometimes but they usually bring appetizers pretty fast after you order. Overall its always a good experience

Their cheese curds and dipping sauce were excellent! Really cool selection of burger. I ordered the Pub Burger and it was good! My friends ordered the PB Burger and the JalapeĂąo Popper Burger and they thoroughly enjoyed those!

Strap Tank Brewery is a Springville hotspot. The food is solidâburgers, wings, and craft beer brewed on-site. The atmosphere is lively and industrial-chic, with a fun local crowd. Itâs the perfect spot for dinner with friends or grabbing a drink after work.

This is one of my favorite locations to go for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. I love what they have done with this location. The food is very unique and delicious. The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu items. They have great drinks. And can handle crowds larger than six people.

We stopped by for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant wasnât very busy. We ordered an appetizer, a Diet Coke, an adult beverage, and two entrĂŠes. The total came to $79 before tip.
Unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. It tasted and felt like pre-packaged frozen meals. The cheese curds, our appetizer, included only four large pieces, while the rest were overcooked and hard.
With so many great dining options in Spanish Fork, this experience just didnât feel worth the price or the time. As we were leaving, a group with multiple large dogs entered the restaurant. While all the dogs were leashed, it was still unexpected and off-putting in a dining environment.
Overall, Iâd recommend taking your hard-earned money elsewhere.
