The Strap Tank in Springville is great. The fish and chips are always a good go to option. The spinach and artichoke dip is my favorite as well for an appetizer. The service has always been good as well.

I'd love it if they brought back tator tots. They had the best tator tots in Utah County and everyone I know misses seeing them on the menu.

Great food, atmosphere and service. They have a big menu with a lot of different food options. I ordered a steak that was cooked perfectly to my liking, it was tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were also delicious. I normally don’t like green beans much but I enjoyed the ones that came with my meal.

First time coming here sat at the bar and had to wait around 10 minutes before a girl came from the back kitchen area and started acknowledging people at the bar. And then it it took another 30 minutes for my three tacos that I ordered to come out. And then the same worker behind the bar proceeded to chit chat with a seemed to be a long lost friend at the end of the bar ignoring her duties on the job and ignoring customers and I had to wait until she was done chatting before I could ask for a check. After she finally can around she asked if I needed anything, i said yes im done and need the check. She then proceeded to turn around and immediately start filling up the back long of drink orders and did not get me my check. I had to wait for another worker to pass by and i had to ask him for the check. I understand that the food service industry is challenging and I can empathize and be understanding if workers are swamped and trying their best i can wait. But when i am sitting there staring at a server shooting the breeze in full view along the side of the bar and not working, my patience qyickly wears thin. When you're on the job saying hi to a friend is fine but when you spend 15 minutes just talking and ignoring your work duties I'm not going to leave a tip and I did not leave a tip which is very rare for me to do. Services lacking food is okay. I'm not coming back.

Food was very delicious and the live music on the weekends really vibes with the atmosphere. The bartender Whitney was awesome, always smiling, cheerful and quick to get our drinks and food! Would definitely recommend the place, especially if she’s serving!

I just saw a review that I wanted to point out that I completely disagree with. I have been to Strap Tank more times than I can count on my fingers and toes and have been helped by Whitney on numerous occasions. Never once has she ever come across as anything but polite and professional. The atmosphere at Strap Tank is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back and Whitney has only ever lived up to that.

After doing some boredom review reading about one of our favorite places to eat, my wife and I noticed a review about our favorite bartender, Whitney! We can't believe our eyes!
We have had the pleasure of having been taken care of by many bartenders in our years at Strap Tank (please bring back the cheesy bread). Whitney is by far our favorite. She has such an amazing personality, the most contagious smile and always keeps us entertained in conversation. She never lets us leave without a big smile on our faces.
We have watched her work that bar with ease on even the busiest of days, without breaking a sweat and never losing that smile of hers! I truly hope the owners have noticed how hard she really does work back there.

I’ve never really left a review before, but I felt like this one was needed. I’ve been a loyal customer of Strap Tank for years, but after my latest visit, I’m really second-guessing my experience.
Unfortunately, the service from the bartender, Whitney, was a huge letdown compared to what I’m used to from this place. Her attitude was cold and uninviting. The other bartenders are always so welcoming and even smile!
To make matters worse, I overheard two other customers making jokes about her relationship with the manager, which just made me feel like trying to talk to anyone about the situation would be a waste of time. It created a weird, uncomfortable vibe but also made it clear how she is allowed to still be working there.
I come to Strap Tank not just for the drinks/food but for the overall vibe, and this visit really didn’t live up to that. I’m hoping my feedback gets heard because the Strap Tank my wife and I know is better than this.
Caught in the rain and The Hanger on tap are great beers.

I’m from California traveling across the country. I stopped by the Strap Tank for dinner and some drinks. Chandler was our server and he was awesome! He was very attentive and advised us what drinks and food he loves helping us decide what to eat and drink. Both our drinks and food were delicious. Not to mention the little spots near there are really cool and creative to see.
