Employee service felt like they hate you

Stood there waiting for the longest waiting to be helped. A horn goes off and both come out. I asked "Whats that horn for."

1 of the 2 responded "Oh that's for an online order" to which I responded "Oh I thought that was for me to let yall know I've been standing here for a while."

She then commenced to begin to fulfill the online order.

I said "Please don't start that online order before you help me because I was here well before it came in."

She responded with "We did not know that."

Not only did I just tell you I've been waiting, but if you were paying attention to the storefront instead of hanging out in the back, you'd know I was here.

Customer service and deductive reasoning in retail and food service grows visibly worse as the years go by.

This people has not idea of what is customer service, or fast food business, I was waiting on the line for like 30 min , really? They are so slow making the sandwiches…they act like they hate their jobs , their lives . When i finally got there I was still waiting an no one assisting, I asked a woman name arianna I could order now , she said wait , really?? More wait … I just left … if you don’t wanna waist your time just don’t go to subway loctated at Walmart springville

My wife and I were standing there waiting around 1. 00 pm 10/08 watching this young girl be so rude to customers she had a bad attitude so we didn't want to deal with her bad attitude so we left it was so bad watching her she needs to go away.

Service is very poor here and professionalism is about non existent. Granted, it’s just subway, but they don’t seem to take pride in their work. As they were finishing I started to say “no mayo, please” repeatedly and the work still continued to add it. Once she had she said “too late now.” No offer to correct it or apologize. I’d be cautious ordering from here.

I used to work at a subway for some context. I ordered one of the numbered sandwiches and normally they ask what cheese you want. They did not. They also forgot avocado on my sandwich. They also toasted my sisters sandwich when she said not to. I don’t even have words to say. But this is nuts and should not be happening.

They need more workers. There was 3 people in front of me. It took 10 minutes per sandwich to make. I just ordered a chicken & cheese dipper. It's been 10 minutes & it still isn't ready. I thought the line would be faster than the 20 minute wait to order through the app. I was wrong & am now late to a meeting about to walk out.

Eta: the dippers are basically just flatbread you dip in sauce. I got 1 bite with cheese & there was about 3 peices of chicken on my chicken & cheese dipper. Not worth the 50 minutes it took to actually get it.

Took my two girlfriends and are daughters here to eat lunch got to keep them happy right? Or i might not have 2 girlfriends

Are visit was not pleasant at all one of the daughters found a fly in her lettuce we returned to report it the worker they didn't even try to replace the sandmich.

This being the second time trying this location and having to wait for 10 min plus to get Katie’s attention from the back to get service. We even tried calling the store. With no success we went into Walmart to get a few things as well as another customer waiting. Came back to someone else still waiting. Waited another 5-10 mins for Katie (aka bandana girl) to come out. She prepped the persons sandwich ahead of us. Then prepped our 2 sandwiches as well as the persons behind us. While making the first person wait even longer to finish making and purchase her order. (One sandwich) after making all 5 sandwiches she then rang up all 3 parties at the end. After making every one wait for all orders to be done. Very poor customer service skills and very rude.

Took 20 min to order and we were the only people in line. Apparently at this location, online orders take priority over in-person customers. After waiting, they still got our order wrong. Slathered a sandwich with mustard and refused to remake it. The cherry on top was being asked for a tip. I’ve got tips for you sunshine but they would make you leave crying. I should have lowered my expectations, after all, this restaurant is inside Walmart. Never again.

I asked for a refund they don’t do refunds so I figured we just go. Tell everybody that they do lousy service subway in Springville, Walmart.

I had a mobile order that was supposed to almost be ready but they said they didn’t have it even though it was the right location and everything, and until after maybe 5 minutes I was checking the location and made sure everything was right, it said order canceled/voided ?. I ended up going to a different subway altogether as well cause the person making the sandwiches was touching their hair with the gloves on and had no hair net.
