Love subway, this might be the worst subway sandwich I've ever had. The lady was super stingy on the ingredients. I asked for extra jalapenos and got like 7 on the whole sandwich. Won't be going here again. Took like half an hour too.
I can not even believe the customer service here, one of the workers which was attending me was incredibly ill-mannered. Their communication style was needlessly blunt. If you want subway please do not come to this one.
If I could give this 0 stars I would, I just went there and the woman that was there was rude since the start of my order. She was giving us dirty looks and talking to us very rudely. When I asked her to please stop being rude she ignored me. I asked for her name but she then turned around and didn’t give it to me.First time I have ever experienced such horrible customer service.
Since when did the sandwiches get so small? It was smaller than my cell phone. I am very disappointed and from now on will go out of my way to shop local sandwich shops or other chains from here on.

Long story short, this Subway has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Why do I have to get dirty looks and attitude for ordering at your restaurant? Makes me think you dont want my business. Fair enough. Will never return.

Waited for over five minutes for someone to show up and no one was there. so many customers waiting for food Unacceptable
So, I went into the subway inside walmart in Springville. First, I overheard the lady in front of me in line being told that she was not 'allowed' to add anything to any of the sandwiches. They can remove items but not add anything. When it was my turn to order, I asked where the normal menu was, all they had was a list of numbered specialty sandwiches. I was told I was 'not allowed' to order a steak and cheese sandwich, I had to choose from the list of specialty sandwiches and take it as is.
This just cost all Utah County subways my business in the future.

Working on 5 customers at the same time, the lady totally ignored us and did not give detailed information. As a result, we ended up with the sub of the day, which was not what we wanted. Had her attention not been divided between 5 customers, she would have been able to inform us that the sub we wanted was NOT the sub of today. Also when I noticed and wanted to get a second sub, she already helped the next customer and could not undo our order. Too efficient is sometimes not very efficient.

The 2 ladies that were working there today acted like they did not want to be there. They were very rude disrespectful. And when we tried to ask questions, they would snap at you, I ordered almost $45 worth of food. There I have thrown, the sandwich is a way do too. They They were gross soggy, the vegetables on there. The sandwich were wilted and yeah, slimy. Um, uh, when you look to add the vegetables there. In their case was wilted, dried out frozen in some sections. This is a place that I will never go again

The only place I can go after a long day, the employees are so rude/condescending that it makes my whole day better just by being there for the 45 mins it takes to get a sandwich

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Both girls were very rude and giving the worst dirty looks. Did not like the way they spoke to us. Made us both very uncomfortable.

We had an online order they told us they were out of cheese bread at 4:00 we asked to cancel the order and they told us that it’s not cancellable then on kid complained about there being “a lot” of customers even tho it was just me and my boyfriend and one other couple and had to tell the other kid multiple times to come help him before he started helping us it was disgusting in the lobby and behind the counter I used to work at subways and I know it’s not very hard to upkeep especially seeing as it was empty in there will definitely not be returning to this location also while one employee was making out sandwhiches I watched the other employee make a sandwhich which I believe was for himself with the cheese bread they previously said they were out of.
