There were 2 people in front of me who were in the process of getting their sandwiches made and I waited in line for 15 minutes before they took my order then proceeded to put cheese and turkey on for a full two minutes. Sandwich was subpar as the condiments and meat/cheese were sparse compared to a usual subway experience.

Tage is the MVP of the year. Seriously, even when the kitchen is out of ingredients he is willing to put a smile on everyone's face and provide excellent customer service. Always a pleasure to talk to and a wonderful sandwich maker.

This is the second time I've eaten here. The first time our food tasted old since it was close to closing, this time we had to wait about 15 minutes to even order, there was only one guy working the line, and he was really slow at it. Another lady in the back doing god knows what refused to help him. Then when she does come, out she takes my sandwich out of the oven, wraps it and doesn't even ask me what I want on it. When I told her I wanted to jalapeños on it, she told me it's too late that it's wrapped and I can have them on the side. On top my poor customer service, I got to hear here frustratingly tell a man that she doesnt speak Spanish in the rudest way I've heard.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! We were about to order when the girl on the register asked if someone had $0,33, right after that the bandanna girl just take the sandwich from the hands of this man and said he had no enough money. I asked how much was his sandwich and they said almost $7 with taxes. So I paid for it and asked her to give his money back. Bandanna girl had an attitude and told me I need to ask her first before pay for my order, I just ignored and proceeded to pay since it was just churros and drinks. When we were seated she came to us and asked how much change the girl on the registry gave to us, and that her register was $1 short. I couldn’t believe! Then I went to register and showed my receipt that was correct, and she said it may be wrong. They are just ridiculous! That poor man ate that sandwich like he was so hungry, take food from the hands of someone in need is so sad. I will never come to this place again.

We Door Dashed our dinner from here and all of our sandwiches were wrong. We ordered 2 turkey sandwiches and 1 meatball marinara. They put less vegetables on all of our sandwiches than we asked. They didn't put any sauces on our sandwiches and we ordered raspberry cheesecake cookies and they put chocolate chip. I can understand a mistake here and there but they deliberately messed up our entire order. Especially because on the receipt it showed exactly what we ordered.

The line was huge! Turns out they are more concerned about counting the number of vegetables instead of just making a good sandwich. When I asked for more they give pushback. I understand having to follow a default menu but if someone wants more you get it right? That’s how it’s been at every subway my whole life. I ended up with twice as many veggies as I should have and it still tasted like I was eating a foot long loaf of bread sprinkled with vegetables. This isn’t the first time either. I came back today because I was hoping this would have changed since my experience at the Spanish fork subway is night and day. Worth the extra drive to go there. I rated 3 stars and not one though because even though I’m still hungry it’s good portion control and if it wasn’t for the poor service here I never would have discovered Jersey Mikes which has been awesome.

Girl with the bandana wanted to fill out paperwork instead of taking my order. I even waited. Place was not busy at all. No customers in front of me. None behind me. How does that make any sense? They need to fire her for not recognizing her very purpose working there refusing to do the most basic thing. Neglecting customer service to do paperwork? To make it worse she thought it was funny. I will also be making a formal complaint so we will see how funny it actually is!

Ordering with the manager is like pulling teeth, I had to repeat what sandwich I wanted like 3 times, I had to wait to order for almost 5 minutes even tho there was no one else in the store, and then the manager stopped ringing us up to talk on the phone, if you don't have enough staff to adequately run your store then don't open.

I worknas a vendor and was working on evening. I asked the staff what time they close, they replied '9pm'. after I finished I came back to order and sandwich at 8:30 and was told they were closed. please don't tell me you close at 9 when you turn my business away 30 minutes before you said you closed

What happened to Subway just making the sandwich I want? The employee (I think her names Katie but she wears a blue shirt and bandana) was extremely rude and confusing. She started out polite asking what I wanted and I told her. She then had to keep asking over and over cause she was writing it down. After we finally got past me ordering she told me to go sit down. I politely said “no thanks, I’d prefer to stand and wait”. She got all frustrated with me and was telling me to go sit. I asked why and she gave some lame excuse saying that the “company” doesn’t want costumers by the glass…? There were two people in front of me chilling at the glass!!! So why was she trying to force me to sit down? The guy behind me in line was allowed to stand at the glass too. What the heck is that?? I got my sandwich and asked for napkins and she said they are only for online orders. She literally wouldn’t give me a napkin! When I got home my sandwich wasn’t even made right either. Worst experience. This girl needs to be replaced immediately!

I usually buy Subways because so far, I've found them to be great sandwiches but today was the worst. I was served by a guy named Aaron C who was quite dismissive, rude and racist. I am proudly Latina with a Latin accent and apparently that bothered him. It doesn't matter, I don't recommend this place at all and more if you are Latino stay away from subway

Would give zero stars if I could. My mom and I came here and after ordering we asked for cups for water. The girl helping us named Katie gave us attitude and said “make sure you’re ACTUALLY getting water. Not soda” kind of ridiculous to be accused of stealing before even getting our damn cups. If it’s such a big problem FIX it. Don’t call people thieves before they even are given the cup they asked for. She then “apologized” while making a ton of excuses. Will not be back. Katie was extremely rude.

I’m appalled. I’ve never had a worse experience at a subway. The person making my sandwich was so rude and seemed very upset that I didn’t want one of the sandwiches they were advertising. She continued to point at the menu and loudly tell me to “pick one.” I’ve never had an issue with a subway making my sandwich the way I wanted it made before, and hope to never have an issue again. I’m extremely upset with the service I received today.
