I asked to order some extra spicy ranch that they already put on the cheesy gordita crunch, and Kid told me that they couldn’t do that and they didn’t even have it but someway somehow they still managed to get someone to my taco… if you’re going to lie, you might as well commit and not add the sauce you said you don’t have and you guys can’t sell sauces or give extras…

Ordered on the kiosk in the store. Waited 20 minutes before asking where my food was. Got the food a few minutes later and was running behind so we left. Got home to find a missing burrito.
Don't waste your time here. They rush drive thru orders out but don't care about the people inside.
Very frustrating to wait and get shorted food that I paid for.

This place don’t give a crap about your food. Cold soggy Nachos fries and cold beef five layer burrito. Give you an attitude when telling about that and don’t even replace the food. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD.

Crunchwrap was not even warm let alone hot. Clearly not fresh. Cinnabons were dried out and cold and the filling had dissolved into the dough. My dogs wouldn’t even eat them. Also not freshly made.

You have to use a screen to place your own order, no employees in sight. They never called my name, just put my order out on the counter and the order was incorrect. Also, the sprinklers were on and spraying the entire entrance so I had to get sprayed to get in the building.
