I payed 18.00 dollars for your chrispy chicken burrito and soft taco with a large nacho fries and a drink. The chicken was rock hard and uneatable and the fries was bottom of the barrel and the furthest from fresh you could get. Definitely not worth the money. The service was fine.

For super cheap food or a specific craving, Taco Bell hits the spot. It’s less greasy and processed feeling as other fast food joints (though I don’t know if it’s actually healthier lol). For the price and speed, you can’t get much better!

I used to worked at Taco Bell during High school, so I have sort of a love-hate relationship with their food.
Anyway, this particular restaurant likes to get it wrong. They really don't pay attention to the customers in the Lobby at all. I always do a mobile order and they have it made, but I can't get it because they won't turn around or acknowledge that I'm standing at the counter.
By the time I get my food, it's lukewarm or cold. Still tastes fine I guess.
They do seriously have a problem with the potatoes. We all know what fresh tacobell potatoes look like. They seems to always be giving me the nasty, leftover, old potatoes.
They just seem to be a little unorganized.
Update: to date I have never received fresh food.

Well went in today at 9:43am ordered 2 things...grande STEAK burrito and a bacon quesadilla. I got a sausage burrito instead of what I actually ordered..a STEAK burrito..what a waste of money not impressed..2 items and the lady got it wrong i had to go back...they made it rite the second time around

This place is suffering from a lack of good leadership. The workers move slow, with zero hustle. If you stand at the counter to order or ask a question they’ll simply ignore you. I would avoid coming here unless you’re prepared to wait a while.

Stood in line at the counter for 15 minutes before having to go to work was ignored the entire time. Watching car after car go through the drive thru. Finally said excuse me and was told I'll be with you in a minute. They never came back. Awful customer service! Never going back. So now I'm late for work with still no lunch.

I asked to order some extra spicy ranch that they already put on the cheesy gordita crunch, and Kid told me that they couldn’t do that and they didn’t even have it but someway somehow they still managed to get someone to my taco… if you’re going to lie, you might as well commit and not add the sauce you said you don’t have and you guys can’t sell sauces or give extras…

Ordered on the kiosk in the store. Waited 20 minutes before asking where my food was. Got the food a few minutes later and was running behind so we left. Got home to find a missing burrito. Don't waste your time here. They rush drive thru orders out but don't care about the people inside. Very frustrating to wait and get shorted food that I paid for.
