Absolutely horrible. The food was stale. Tasted so freaking bad. The workers were in the back yelling and doing some pushups while we waited 30 minutes for our food. The manager was cussing like crazy at everyone. Waste of money. Claimed they were backed up with 8 cars in the drive thru, there wasn’t a single one. Overall not worth it. I’d drive to the other one that’s in springville as well, this one is not worth the money.

I went thru drive thru and got a crunch wrap supreme and a crunchy taco with a large nacho fry. I came home and found out my taco honey mad lettuce and cheese I called them to talk about it and he straight up laughed at me. For it terrible job and the fries were as stale as they can be.

Our cinnamon twists were definitely fried in old oil - tasted kind of rancid. There was also a tiny bone in my ground beef. Not the best visit.

I place an online order threw the app and arrived at the store right after since u like customizing things and not having to be difficult at the drive threw and the people refused to start making my order because the app said it would be done at a certain time so they made me weight just to give me some nasty cold ass food cause they refused to give me it twice and then make it right after just so it would be could my the time I got it

Go to drive through if you want a chance at getting your food. When we got here we were the only ones in the lobby, no employee at register you have to order at the digital kiosk. It has been 30 minutes the lobby is now full. 7 cars have came and went through the drive through and no sign of our food or at bare minimum our drink cups. This taco bell is a Joke. Take your business elsewhere no chalupa or beefy burrito is worth this.
We went to the drive through to order food and this is literally what the 16 year old girl said “uh, sorry we are out of food.” What do you mean you’re out of food? “We won’t have anymore food for another 20 minutes. We ran out.”
I can’t imagine how much money they lost lol. So ridiculous.

Posting less as a complaint and more as a warning, there was what appears to be a metal ball bearing in the freeze we ordered. Hoping I didn't drink up any others!! Staff was super friendly tho lol
