Spencer with hobble creek events made my wedding run so smoothly. with all the weddings i have attended, i have never seen one run so smoothly or efficiently. we had family members approach us stating the same thing!

I can't even begin to explain how amazing our experience was with Hobble Creek Events and the Sand Trap Cafe! I wish I could give 100 stars. Our wedding was beautiful and amazing, and it was a huge thanks to the coordinators and the help of Hobble Creek Events. We communicated almost completely over email after viewing the venue once a year before our event. They were always extremely helpful and quick to reply. It felt like family when the day finally came. Spencer was quick to help us unload all of our stuff, set up, coordinate with all of the vendors coming in and out, and absolutely killed it with the food! We received so many complements on the venue and how beautiful it turned out. She was my right hand woman that day! Thank you so much for all of the help and for making our wedding an unforgettable event!

We got married here, and we are so, so happy with how smoothly everything went that day! Spencer made us feel so comfortable, and she is so knowledgeable about all things wedding that it just makes it so easy to work with this venue. Lots of my guests had so many compliments on the venue and the beautiful views. 10/10 place! ⭐️

We had our wedding reception here and it was great! The venue is beautiful and has the best view. The outdoor seating was fun for our guests and they loved sitting with the view of the mountains. There is plenty of room for seating. We had somewhere around 200 guests and they all fit great. The tables and chairs were provided and the farm tables were my favorite! The owners were so helpful and easy to communicate with before, during, and after. Spencer was there on the day of the wedding and she helped so much with coordinating and answering questions. Great place for a venue!

We had the most beautiful wedding here and would recommend Hobble Creek Event Center to anyone planning a wedding! Spencer was amazing to work with and knew exactly what she was doing and literally coordinated the entire wedding. Without her it would have been very unorganized. Thank you for making our special day perfect and for taking care of everything so we had little stress.
Also this location is beautiful and absolutely fit our rustic look.

Spencer was great to coordinate with. We rented chairs from her and she delivered and picked up on time. They put everything out right where it needed to be and our group helped her pack it all up. We will definitely be using her services in the future!! Thanks Spencer!!

As parents hosting a wedding and reception for the first time, we were kinda clueless. Finding Spencer was an answer to prayers. From our initial meeting to the final goodbye when it was all done, Spencer was very professional, encouraging, confident in what she offered, non-judgmental, and a wonderful therapist when stress got very high. She listened to our daughter’s wants and followed through perfectly. The decor was beautiful and just what my daughter wanted. And you cannot beat the scenery. Such a gorgeous setting for such an event.She and her staff were amazing in how fast they changed the set up from wedding to dinner tables and then to the reception. Quick and efficient and professional.I was so relieved to not have to find decor, set everything up and take it down. Spencer checked on me throughout the whole evening and solved every single situation that came up with a smile on her face.The service was tremendous with extremely reasonable rates. When I was looking around for a venue, I was shocked at the cost. This was well below anything else I looked at and oh so much better!!!I HIGHLY recommend Spencer (and Taylor + staff) and can’t thank them enough for a beautiful day with wonderful memories!

Nice venue for a smaller gathering. The decor was simple and tasteful, the food was delicious, and the staff extremely helpful. A lovely wedding!
