I usually never eat at two Jack's because I don't like their pizza. But I came in and ordered one spaghetti with marinara sauce. There were 11 employees and it took 23 sorry but in my book that is way too long when all you have to do is slap some noodles in a container and pour the sauce over it. 24 minutes with 11 employees. Make it make sense

Sad gas station interior. They only hire very young people who will easily lose or mess up the simplest of orders. It's over priced and gives you instant heartburn. There is much better Pizza in Springville. This ain't it. Easy skip.

I stopped in to order a pizza from 2 jacks, on Friday night at about 2:00 pm to be picked up at 4 pm, and then when I arrived at 5 minutes to 4 pm they had not stirred the pizza yet so at 4 :10 I received my pizza, but I should have looked at it, as it was so poorly made, if I had order three hit and ready pizzas from little Caesar’s, I would have saved $8 bucks and had 3x the pizza, and twice the toppings. I paid 28$ for one medium sized pizza, ( I ordered an extra large, and paid 26 plus a tip for it. I’ve never been so angry at a pizza business before! Two Jacks pizza used to make a premium pizza, well worth the price! Now they simply rip you off with a late finish con job! I’ll never spend another dime on any of their pizzas. I recommend anybody over two jacks more like two hacks, and a scam!

I am usually huge fan but we ate there tonight and got there more than an hour before the dining room closed and yet while we were waiting for our food one of the girls working took almost everything from our table- parmaseam cheese, napkins etc without checking if we wanted it. So when we got our food we had to go to the counter to get napkins and parmasean. Food was a little overcooked tonight and the service needs to improve by a lot. We got like we were being pushed out so we ended up leaving instead of eating there. Probably won't be back to this location.
