To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to report unacceptable behavior by the manager on duty at your Springville Wendy’s on 12/12/2025.

The manager was aggressively yelling at two employees in particular, in full view of customers. The situation was hostile and inappropriate, and one of the employees was visibly upset and crying. This conduct was unprofessional and should never occur in a workplace.

Publicly berating employees reflects extremely poor management and damages both staff morale and the customer experience. This incident warrants immediate review and corrective action.

I was double charged for an order and told I could come back with the receipt and have the order remade. I mentioned the manager as well. But the employee tonight said there is no record and said I’d have to wait till the manager came in an hour. I just don’t understand what scam you think i’m trying to pull or why you think i’m dishonest.

I always liked this Wednesdays today whoever was in charge was awful. The cold foam caramel was awful it tasted chunky like milk went bad and when I said hey this taste really bad she was well if you want another drink you have to pay for it I said this is bad she finally rolled her ice and close the window with out saying anything. I understand that you are working a customer service job please we are paying hard earn money to go out and grab breakfast just to have a crappy over price coffee that was so bad because your product might been expired. I should of safe my money and grab Starbucks or McDonald's 😭 now I just wont get a coffee today because I literally went and threw my money away 😭😭😭😭.
