If I could put 0 stars I would!!!! I went through the drive thru on a Sunday with no one ahead of me. After sitting there for over half an hour with no update nor apology of how long it was taking, I FINALLY got my order. After driving out of the line, I checked and found missing things, I went back. The girl hands it and says my order will be refunded and walks away with an eye roll. I waited a couple of days with no refund. I called the location and spoke to the assistant manager. After over 20 minutes on the phone (multiple times of being put on hold), I was told I would see the refund in 3-5 business days and the GM would call me within the next 2 days. Neither of those have happened!!!! Food was messed up, cold, and the service was HORRID!!! The GM has not even attempted to apologize let alone make it right!!!! Please save yourselves and do not go here!!!!

Service usually takes forever here. Tonight, they were out of burgers, cod and hot dogs! And the girl taking orders was laughing every time I tried to order something. Ended up not ordering, but service was so slow, I had to stay in the line over 10 minutes!

Drive thru is so long. When it was my turn at the window, the employee was so rude. Service is slowest in Tooele County Do not recommend going here. 1/6/25 UPDATE: PLEASE NOTE: This review is not mine! Not sure who posted it. I have eaten at this A&W many times and it is just fine. Awesome delicious menu items at reasonable prices & if you love onion rings & French fries they're beyond superb! They have amazing terrific tasting Root Beer and beyond amazing Root Beer floats that's so so delicious! You need to get your order in! ♥️👍😃
