Wish I could give less stars, I ordered double bacon cheeseburger with onions and tomatoes, I ended up having to wait 20 mins or so for my food and then when I got it, it was a double cheese burger no bacon and covered in onions and a tomatoe.. this place has gone down hill! I call the store 5 mins after getting my order and she couldn’t even find it.. every time I go here there is an issue

They have the best root beer floats and I got mine made with diet root beer. They now have a “naked chicken” sandwich which is much healthier than fried chicken. Not many places have grilled chicken option.

We stopped in at 6:40 there was not anyone currently in the restaurant the dining area was dirty. The food took along time and then when they got the food here they were actually out of what was ordered. The person at the register had a hard time listening and screwed up 2 of the 4 orders.

Food was fresh, service was great, seems to have improved since we were there last.
This place continues to win the slowest Drive-Thru award year after year. I'm baffled how long it takes for the smallest orders. No restaurant has come even close to how slow this place is. Don't come here unless you have 30 minutes to burn. It doesn't matter how small your order is.

If I could put 0 stars I would!!!! I went through the drive thru on a Sunday with no one ahead of me. After sitting there for over half an hour with no update nor apology of how long it was taking, I FINALLY got my order. After driving out of the line, I checked and found missing things, I went back. The girl hands it and says my order will be refunded and walks away with an eye roll. I waited a couple of days with no refund. I called the location and spoke to the assistant manager. After over 20 minutes on the phone (multiple times of being put on hold), I was told I would see the refund in 3-5 business days and the GM would call me within the next 2 days. Neither of those have happened!!!! Food was messed up, cold, and the service was HORRID!!! The GM has not even attempted to apologize let alone make it right!!!! Please save yourselves and do not go here!!!!

Service usually takes forever here. Tonight, they were out of burgers, cod and hot dogs! And the girl taking orders was laughing every time I tried to order something. Ended up not ordering, but service was so slow, I had to stay in the line over 10 minutes!

Drive thru is so long. When it was my turn at the window, the employee was so rude. Awesome delicious menu items at reasonable prices & if you love onion rings & French fries they're beyond superb! They have amazing terrific tasting Root Beer and beyond amazing Root Beer floats that's so so delicious! You need to get your order in! ♥️👍😃
