I’ve been going to this Fiiz location for almost as long as it has been open. Obviously they’re not always perfect. The service I’ve received has always been at the very least good. Most of the time their service is excellent! Keep up the great service!

There are a lot of soda shops to choose from. Fiiz is my very favorite! The workers are always friendly and, more importantly, get special orders right every time.

Their hot chocolate is more like hot water. Really hope their machine is broke because I had to add in almost as much chocolate as I normally would for hot water back home. It tasted terrible. Not likely to ever go here again.

Food was great, but service was very unfriendly, and we bought BOGO cards, but they said they weren't taking them anymore. After we tried a different card from them, they were very rude. Especially the manager. We have gone there for years and were happy, but the manager has changer our feelings on it.

this place is delicious, i always get the berry bad doctor and it is really refreshing, all their drinks are good and staff is friendly! would recommend

Went today about 2:22 PM put in an order online showed up and they were closed. If you checked on the app it show the other location being closed, but not this one all they had was posted note on the window saying they would be open at 5:30 try contacting someone by phone and no one answered try contacting the corporate office and couldn’t get a hold of anybody so I called another store in Utah and they couldn’t even give me the corporate office number they said I have to look it up on Google and I told him I wasn’t calling to complain about that and they gave me a number which led to answering

Pretty good. Sodas are great. Lots of options. But all the drinks, hot chocolate especially, is REALLY rich and sweet. I've seen other places where they have 100% sweet, 80% sweet, 50% sweetness etc. I think this place would really benefit from that. But that's just one opinion. Thanks for your hard work!
