Food is decent. Hot, good flavor, good selection. Wait staff is polite, and courteous.
BUT - we were told 15 -20 minute wait to be seated. It was an hour! Not sure why we waited that long. We watched group after group leave and kept thinking we’d be seated in a few minutes. Insult to injury is they ran out of bread. Maybe lunch service is quicker, but won’t be waiting her for dinner again.

My wife and I were seated right away. The beer bread is really good. The strawberry butter, I was VERY hesitant about, but my wife tired it and said it tastes like strawberry jam...
I tried it. It's SOOO GOOD!
I got the BBQ pork boneless ribs with steak fries. It was good, a little bit over cooked so it was dry, BUT the BBQ sauce made up for it!! Steak fries were good. The clam chowder was surprisingly delicious! The chalets in it were so good! There is an amazing flavor we couldn't put our fingers on, but it was different but REALLY GOOD!
My wife got the 1/2 lb bacon cheeseburger with shoestring fries. The burger was delicious!!! My wife normal doesn't like BBQ sauce, but she loved it!!
We did the make your own appetizer basket.
With fried cheese curds, fried porta Bella mushrooms and sweet potatoes fries.
The cheese curds were pretty good, not too much breading. The porta bella mushrooms were great, BUT they had way too much breading on them. I peeled the breading off and ate them. The sweet potato fries were really good. A lot of them were over cooked.
The oatmeal cookie was delectable!! Reminds me of my grandpa's recipe he made when he was alive.
The Pumpkin cream cheese cookie was melt in your mouth amazing!!! So freakin' good!!
We went back again and got the chicken salad and my wife got the chicken fried steak

We had a party of six. On was late and they said that they would not even prepare seating for us until the last person showed. There was almost no one else in the restaurant. I wonder why. No customer service. After we were seated, the food and service was great.

The food was amazing and I’d love to go back but the waitress was not kind at all. She never told us her name and acted as if we were bothering her. She never came back to check on us didn’t even get us a bill. We had to go to the front and ask for it so we could leave. Kid up front was friendly though!

I will never get takeout here again. I did an online order for salmon and when I got there on time I walk in and it takes 5 - 10 minutes for someone even to talk to me and when I tell them I have a pick up order they tell me they gave my order to someone else and they have to remake it which I wasn't happy about because why are you not having people verify the name before but I was polite because I know how this industry can be so I waited 30 damn minutes at this point I should have just dined in and had a better experience and while waiting they offer a cookie for my inconvenience im sorry a cookie that's been on the shelf for im not sure how long? I was there for about 45 - 50 minutes total and that was the worst experience I've had in a while. This place is normally my favorite so I was rather disappointed with this service. Plus the salmon was super wet and soggy so it wasn't even that good so I wasted $20 and wasted my time. So save yourself the time and money and just dine in because it doesn't seem like they care much about takeout orders.

Bread and soup were mid and extremely salty.
Also question for management. What in the world was your idea with “chips with salsa and cheese”? Most people expect salsa and queso right? Nope. It’s chopped onions, tomato’s, and peppers, and for the cheese, a cup of cold shredded cheese haha. The waitress said a lot of people get confused over it. This should not be a thing.
