Closed 20 min. early. 4 females sitting inside black curtains closed just running out the time until it actually closes. Very frustrating and kids disappointed.

Price point is better than the other places but there is no flavor. Just tastes like plain ice.
One of the more interesting shaved icebplaces we tried, with a good variety of flavors and toppings. The servings are a good size and the presentation is gorgeous. The line can be long but it moves pretty quickly. Only negative is that is pretty pricey...
It was an average. The pictures look amazing but the serving size is very small and there was hardly any toppings were added.
The reason I gave it only a three rating is because the last two times I went the ice cream in the shaved ice tasted bad as if it spolied. Otherwise you go to a tablet place your order, pay and wait to pick up. The product itself is good for Waikiki but doesnt come close to the local places on the island. If in Waikiki this is a somewhat good choice as long as the ice cream is good.
Best shaved ice on the island, true fruity flavours with a real quality to it, my favourite one I tried my whole trip!
Great flavor, great items, shave, not shaved, ice is full of flavor. You can get it with yogurt or ice cream. Boba toppings and more. Split one with your date. Enjoy
We visited this establishment three times during our stay in Waikiki. The first time we had the Hawaiian rainbow, the second time we created our own shave ice dessert, and the third time we had the soft ice cream. Each dessert was yummy! Check out this establishment for shave ice if you're in the Waikiki area.
The Old Lady is always on a never-ending-quest for good shave ice and was given this location by a hotel employee who swore by it. Having been to many places, this is now her go-to spot on Oahu. She walked there every single day we were in Waikiki and says eating their shave ice just makes her feel happy. Happiness in a bowl, what a find! Don't be daunted by the line, it is well worth the wait. Best shave ice on Oahu.
Been going here for years. It's my favorite place for snow cones on a hot day. Horchata is surprisingly good as a snow cone flavor.

Delicious and tasted like fresh fruit. I got the Heavenly Lilikoi, which includes frozen yogurt - unlike any shaved ice I’ve ever had! I enjoyed mine and my kids, who got a variety of flavors, liked them too - word of advice: eat fast!! They melt very quickly (brain freezes from trying to eat before it all melted) and will leave you with a bowl of shaved ice soup lol. Overall good, but if I saw them served on the mainland, I’m not sure if I would get again. It was more for our curiosity of what shaved ice with ice cream or frozen yogurt would taste like lol - in the Southwest, shaved ice is crushed ice with a cheap flavored syrup that can probably be found at the dollar store ?♀️
We were vacationing in Waikiki and came across this great shaved ice place in front of the Royal Hawaiian mall. You’ll understand why there’s a long line of people waiting, by far the BEST shaved ice we ever had. Ingredients used seem all natural and definitely worth the wait!!
When we saw the size of one shave ice, we knew we had to share it because it was huge. Ours came with ice cream in the middle and had passion fruit mixed with other toppings. It was very tasty on a hot day.
While it is more expensive here than other places, I strongly prefer the natural flavorings with real fruit purees. I was very impressed how the workers were fast, efficient, polite and personable.
Listen if you’re looking for a traditional shaved ice this isn’t it. They had lots of extra fresh toppings and soft serve or frozen yogurt, and it is expensive. However, this was really good. I had the Coconut Island and my wife had the Lillikoi (can’t remember the other part of the name)) but both were filling and very tasty. My wife loves a good dessert and said it could be argued to be one of the best takeout desserts she’s ever had.
