I literally ate at Ally's constantly from age 13 to 25 and then moved.
I went tonight with the new ownership and building and I have to say-- they knocked it out of the park! Service was A+, super clean restaurant), price was phenomenal and it tasted as good as I remember it (especially the pizza rolls)! The ham and pineapple was the best I've had. We'll be back soon!

I've eaten at Ally's since I was in junior high and I'm disappointed in how far they've fallen. I've had nothing but problems over the last 2 years. I've had orders forgotten that took over 2.5 hours to deliver and they claimed that I'd ordered pick up so it had been sitting there, I've gotten sloppy, half cooked pizzas, I've had items left out that I've paid for... today was the final order for us. I ordered online for delivery, but the last 2 orders have had to go through doordash, previously ordered through toast, but with doordash you don't get the location updates like it's supposed to. So when my order was supposed have arrived, I had to call to find out where it was, got the response that they thought it was on its way. Well that's not reassuring. My order arrived about 15 minutes later. Had all the items and we started to eat, just to find that the pizzas were either burnt, or overloaded with cheese, making it soggy. I'm done ordering here. More than 15 years of being a loyal customer is trashed now. I've given grace and understanding as the new location posed new challenges for the also new owners, but no more. Just go to a chain store if you want consistent quality. Or try "The Pizza Place" in Layton. They are amazing. Every time.

Alleys pizza is not worth your money nor time !!! They can’t insure order accuracy our order is wrong every time. Items are always missing as well, from missing sodas to toppings you order on your pizza. Me and my family ordered there tonight and there was cardboard and plastic in our food on top of the order being wrong. This is disappointing and disgusting. I’ve held back multiple times from writing a bad review cause of the alleys Ive know and loved from sunset city, but at this point its every time we order we can’t just enjoy our food so im calling it quits with alleys. Went from my favorite pizza place to my last! I don’t and I mean do not eat alleys pizza unless you want to waste your time and still end up being hungry

We ordered the pizza rolls dine in for lunch. Amazingly Tasty!!! They did a great job quickly taking our order. The service took a little longer. But we did order quite a few rolls and it was slow, so they had to make everything fresh. They recently closed for awhile to retrain staff and deal with some personal matters ❤️according to one of their previous posts. If it's been awhile since you've come in. Now would be a great time to try it out again. Delicious food. Great Service and Nice people!

We havent been to allys since it was in sunset. Went today, got wings, cheese rolls, 2 pizzas and it was amazing!!! The wings were very flavorful, nice sized. Pizza was yummy and the cheese rolls are how i remembered them...we will be back

Don’t even try to order delivery from them. Everything goes through door dash and they don’t respond. I waited for two hours and cancelled order. Used to be one of my favorites but I won’t go there again!!!
Do not ever order pizza from this establishment. I ordered a pizza through DoorDash because they are listed as a vendor there. Paid $50 for the pizza order. Waited an hour still not delivered. Waited for two hours not delivered. Tried to contact the restaurant and they won't answer their phone. It goes straight to message. Never received the pizza and they took my money. If you don't want to be ripped off, never order pizza from this place. They are horribly managed, and they are crooks!!!!!!!!!

The people are always really nice, I have seen a little girl who looks like shes 8 years old in the kitchen which makes me a little uncomfortable and wait time is okay, the shortest amount of time its ever taken to get my food was 30 minutes. I got 1 order of pizza rolls this time and it took 45 minutes, but the girl at the front was nice.

My family and I discovered this place a few months ago, and it’s definitely been our go-to spot ever since! The food is always consistent and delicious, with fair portions. Their house salad is amazing! The only complaint I have is that the sauce cups could be a bit bigger, but besides that, this is one of the best hole-in-the-wall places I’ve been to in a while. You have our service until the end of time!
