Wow! This was the first time I've been inside this Arctic circle and I don't think I'll ever go to McDonald's again. The WHOLE staff was so welcoming and took care of us so well. Everything was sparkling clean! The playground inside was so much fun to play on. Our food arrived so quickly and everything was fresh. Thank you so much for such a good experience!

Food is much improved from the last time I are there, and even more the service was so much better. Friendly workers and helpful over the top. We will be putting it on the regular rotation if that keeps up. Very very pleased with our experience. Fries were as good as anywhere.

Hey, listen. The service was super slow, and we waited forever to get our food. And when we finally got it, it was cold. They also forgot our shakes, and we had to wait even longer for those. I'm never going back to Arctic Circle again.

Went through the drive through to grab my son an icecream and chicken tenders. He didn't want fries so I asked for just the 4 piece tender no fries. The gal gave me a price and we proceeded to the window. At the window the price was considerably higher than she had told me so I asked for the receipt. When I got the receipt they had charged me more for the chicken strips than it would have cost to get them with the fries. When I questioned it, the "manager" was very rude and said that is how their computer system does it and said here have the fries. He wouldn't refund my money and didn't understand that even with the fries he over charged me. So rude!! It is bad enough they are so slow. We won't go back!!! Their food is not worth the hassle or cost!
People that work their aren't very friendly and customer service oriented. It's like just a job to them.

This specific location is ridiculous when it comes to condiments. My family of five loves the food and each person loves ranch with their fries or sandwich. Each time we order one ranch per person, they consistently only put 1 ranch total. When we go in to ask for the rest they always say that for free they can give 2 more but then have to charge for additional. Yet, they'll put 5+ fry sauce we never ask for. I've been to multiple other locations and they never have a problem letting my family members have the condiments they ask for. The service is rude, at best.

First time back to Arctic Circle in 25 years. This place is an institution! Oddly local. Mildly slow. But you know what you’re getting before you ever walk in. Lime Ricky was delicious. The courtesy cone (pictured) drove this review to a solid 4. I didn’t try the advertised breaded mushrooms because… nah bruh.
