Extremely Disappointed Long-Time Customer
I’ve been visiting Beans & Bruises weekly for many, many years, and I’ve always valued supporting this local shop over any big chain. Unfortunately, after my experience this week, you’ve completely lost my business.
On Tuesday, my order was made incorrectly. I didn’t catch it until after I had already left. The next day, I came through the drive-through again and politely let the barista know what happened. I wasn’t asking for anything outrageous—just a simple courtesy gesture like “buy one, get one” to make up for the mistake. Instead, I was met with a snarky attitude and a dismissive “let me see what I can do.”
What I was offered? A whole one dollar off my two-drink order. That is, without question, one of the most pathetic attempts at customer service I’ve ever seen—especially from a place I have supported consistently for years. It showed zero appreciation for loyal customers and even less accountability for your own mistake.
The woman who worked the drive-through that morning needs to be coached immediately. Her attitude and response cost you a loyal customer—one who chose you over the Starbucks that is literally a 30-second walk away.
Beans & Bruises, you failed miserably here. I expected better from a store I’ve stood by for so long. Corporate will hear about this, because this level of service is unacceptable.
You do have one opportunity to make this right. If you care at all about your customers—and about keeping them—you can respond appropriately here. Do that, and maybe my red Tesla and I will return. Otherwise, you’ve officially lost me.

Such friendly staff, and the Halloween décor is well thought out and beautifully arranged — every detail adds to the spooky atmosphere.
They all know me here. I can talk to any of them about pretty much anything, anytime.
Beans and Brews is so much better than neighbor Starbucks, by a large margin. The coffee is fantastic, the breakfast stuff is actually really good too. They spend the extra time to get to know people who come in there, Starbucks don't care who you are. But Beans and Brews does. They also do Pup Cups. Bring your dog through the drive thru, and grah a pup cup!
Skip Dutch, Starbucks, even Black Rifle. Give Beans and Brews a shot, go in and talk with em a little bit.
You'll give em the same 5 star I am.
I promise.
<3 them all in there, Hannah, Lana, Frances, and the lot.

Get heavy whipping cream and I’ll quit going to Starbucks and Black Rifle. 👊🏼
Stopped here on way to antelope island. Had iced coffee and pumpkin pie coffee. The coffees were very good. The fall decor was amazing. Very festive and homey.

It was so great to find a really good coffee shop on our trip to Utah from Seattle! Queer friendly, options for a good, strong brew, and freshly made sandwiches. Thank you, Beans and Brew.

Beans & Brews has become my go-to coffee spot, and it’s so much more than just a caffeine fix—it’s a daily ritual that hits all the right notes. The cozy, laid-back atmosphere makes it a great place to start the morning or unwind in the afternoon, and the baristas are always friendly, quick, and genuinely upbeat. You feel like more than just a customer here—you feel known.
I absolutely have to shout out their Caramel Cielo, which is hands down my favorite drink. It’s rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and espresso kick. Whether it’s iced, hot, or blended, it never disappoints. It’s the kind of drink that feels like a little luxury in a cup, and I look forward to it every time I walk through their doors.
The menu is broad enough that there’s something for every kind of coffee lover—or non-coffee drinker, for that matter—and the quality is consistently high. Their seasonal specials are always worth trying, and the customization options make it easy to get exactly what you’re craving.
Whether I’m grabbing something on the go or hanging out to get a little work done, Beans & Brews delivers a reliable, welcoming experience every time. Great drinks, kind people, and that unmistakable neighborhood feel—it’s everything you want from your local coffee shop.

They can't tell you how much caffeine is in anything. Everything is overpriced.
If you’re looking for a real cappuccino don’t go here! This is coming from a real coffee snob so take with a grain of salt. Haha!
