I have gone to this place with many times, small issues happen but overall it’s usually fine or great. But today oct 04/2025 we ordered ahead on the app to go faster through the drive thru. But we ended up waiting 25 mins in line, my sandwich was on the wrong bread, missing all the meat, and had the incorrect sauce. But I still have had many great visits to this store so I would encourage everyone to double check exactly what your orders are before leaving. I don’t know if they were short handed or having a bad day, but please be more careful. Thank You.

I have to order my own food? No one to help with any questions or anything. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip? This place is garbage and I wouldn’t come back.

I asked the store manager if there was any paprika in the brisket and she said she had no way of knowing. I explained I have an allergy to peppers & she pointed to a small sign that referenced cross contamination & shrugged. There is a big difference between cross contamination and ingredients. Your store manager should be trained in allergies AND know how to look up ingredients in the food & communicate it to the public. This should be the standard not the exception. I was so disappointed in her ambivalence, as if it was my fault for having allergies. Needless to say we won't be back

Had lunch here while visiting Utah. Food was AMAZING, I wish we had Cafe Zupas in Virginia. Best place I've eaten in a long time.

Used to love coming here, but the last few times the entire family gets sick. After my daughter and I ate there the other night, she’s been very ill and finally threw up what she ate there after not eating much the next day. We realized the past times were due to us eating here a day or two before.
