We were meeting some friends at another place so their kids could play. We haven’t been to Cafe Zupas in awhile so we ordered to go so we could enjoy our meal at the other location while visiting friends. My son ordered a Mediterranean chicken sandwich, my husband ordered the BBQ Brisket and I ordered a protein bowl. To say the sandwiches were disappointing would be an understatement. Both had so little meat on them that we looked at our receipt again thinking we ordered wrong. The only thing that was good was the protein bowl. We will not be going to Cafe Zupas. We went to the Arrowhead location in Glendale Arizona
This place is full of dust all over on top of the food area. Bathrooms wow, if you think think this place is nice and fancy?? Just go to the restroom and you definitely change your mind about it. There is like 8 or ten employees trying to take orders but they all really slow me and my husband waited 40 minutes to get our order. Not to be raíces but I’m pretty sure that with 5 Mexican the line would be running faster.
Charged extra meal. as we asked for clarification. the manager only refunded half price without any reason. any body know why?

We put in a small to go order at 5:40 with the pick up time at 6:30pm. We waited an hour and a half in the mobile order pick up lane and once we got to the window our order has yet to be started on. People who ordered through the drive through got their orders before us. We did not feel like our order was important to them. So unorganized. We didn’t get our food until 8:30pm. Very unhappy with the service and our hot food was cold and the other food was thrown in messy. Very unhappy with the service tonight. Probably won’t be coming back. It was a waste of time waiting for the food we got. Typically we don’t leave reviews because we understand being busy but this experience was uncalled for. Very very disappointed. We didn’t even get an apology from the workers. We should not have waited for a mobile order for 2 hours when it said it would be ready by 6:30. Especially dissatisfied and unhappy that they prioritized drive through orders prior.

We have been waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes and counting. There is no way out. Our order has been ready and unable to get it. There is not one employee outside trying to help and all these cards are trapped. This is inexcusable. They also automatically charge an 18 percent gratuity to online orders. You have to go in and change it before you pay. The fact that they think they are deserving of a tip with this poor customer service is ridiculous.
Best place for lunch. Everything I've tried here is amazing!

My first time to this location. The food was really good. I tried the ham and gouda on wheat with a half bowl of mushroom bisque, and my daughter had the turkey, bacon, avocado on wheat with a half bowl of Wisconsin cauliflower. The desserts looked so good. They are now offering pumpkin spice creme-brulee.

*Update* Contacted them through their website about the experience. They emailed me couple days later and credited my account $15. Changed overall rating to 4 because they did reach out and are trying to make up for it. Hopefully there won’t be a repeat.
My husband and I got the smallest wimpiest strawberries with our pick up order. They looked old as well. I could find bigger strawberries at every grocery store. They charge $2 for chocolate strawberries. Really terrible management and employee customer service if they even consider using something like that as a product to sell. My sandwich smelled and tasted burnt. Like it had been grilled in a machine that had previously burnt something and not been cleaned. So all that money for a meal that was essentially a waste. I’m not sure I’ll ever go back to the Syracuse location and risk such awful food and employee incompetence. Which means management is terrible as well.

The staff were amazing. Food choices was very fresh. The facility was welcoming, clean, bright and comfortable. Our 1st time there and we’re very impressed! I would be interested in seeing this offered in the south, Mississippi and Alabama areas! The manager was super friendly!

This is my favorite place in the entire world. I go here anytime I get paid to treat myself to the try two, turkey bacon avocado, Wisconsin cauliflower, and the chocolate moose cake. It is always the best food and the workers are amazing and always super friendly. I love zupas?
A bonus is the place is always super clean, and the seats so dang comfy.

We eat at Zupas a lot, this visit was sub-par. The food was over spiced, and the fresh drink machines were fresh out except one, I don't think that flavor is popular here. The dining area was so bad that my wife began cleaning tables and sweeping the floors. Employees were standing around having a great time watching a phenomenon happen in their store. Somebody was cleaning up, but it wasn't an employee. She chewed out the team as they watched her clean. One employee finally made it out to the dining area and failed to even wipe down a simple table leaving food behind to glisten in the sunlight. The GM, DM and all parties above them should be ashamed of this location in Syracuse, UT. Good Job! Oscar the grouch would surely love the overall atmosphere.

Pulled into the drive thru at 5:50 didn’t get to the window until 6:20. My pick up was scheduled to be picked up at 6. SURPRISE!!!! Still had to park and wait for my food because it wasn’t ready. RIDICULOUS. Didn’t get my food until 6:40 Going inside wouldn’t have gotten my order any sooner as it wasn’t even ready when it was suppose to be. What is the point of even placing a pick up order for a certain time? Tried to call the place 3 times and no answer. TERRIBLE customer service
