Service is horrific. I don't understand how Zupa's is so terrible at getting food out on time. I don't care if it's going to take longer but give an accurate time. The only reason I get food here is because my wife loves it. Every single time I come when the food is supposed to be ready I wait over an additional 10-30 minutes on top of the 15-20 minutes before when I placed the order. Then they don't communicate and you try to talk to someone and they're always annoyed and irritated that I had the audacity to ask when I would get it. Like right now I ordered it 40 minutes ago my pickup time was over 20 minutes ago and still nothing. I currently count 10 employees in the kitchen and not one person can get me my order!!!

I usually get the kids meal cause its just perfect :) i get the mushroom soup ( love all the mushrooms in it) and the grilled cheese( i love that its not American cheese) I also get the Dubai strawberry cup ( which is amazing i wish they keep it)

It seems to always be odd things that are missing from my order. Last time it was the bun and strawberry, this time it was avocado in my protein bowl. I’m pretty much done going here… I’m tired of coming home to finally sit down and find out that my order was somehow screwed up. You can’t call them to tell them something was wrong with the order either because no one answers.

I ordered on the zupas app to pick up through the drive thru. When I got there the staff looked like they never heard of my order and asked if I was door dash. I said no and told them my name. Then the worker went and passed the buck to some other worker and they proceeded to grab a door dash order for a Tanner. Unfortunately, I didn't confirm my order was correct until I got home and we live too far to drive back in a timely manner. But there should have been more due diligence on the staff to take responsibility and confirm the order was correct and going to the right person.

With the price of eating out these days that was quite the costly mistake for a family of 4.

I know it is a Friday night and they were pretty busy, but it doesn't hurt to slow down the few extra seconds to provide better service. I'm pretty disappointed.

Food is great as usual, the servers are friendly except for one who is chronically impatient, but he may have other life things going on. The seating at this restaurant is a little frustrating. I appreciate that they are trying to create as much seating as possible but the tables are so close together that it’s difficult to visit. The atmosphere is loud and I find lunch is stressful instead of relaxing.

Waited an hr for a online pickup, asked for an estimate, could not be given one despite it being past my pick up time, asked for a refund, the manager stated she was too busy, left without food or a refund

I have gone to this place with many times, small issues happen but overall it’s usually fine or great. But today oct 04/2025 we ordered ahead on the app to go faster through the drive thru. But we ended up waiting 25 mins in line, my sandwich was on the wrong bread, missing all the meat, and had the incorrect sauce. But I still have had many great visits to this store so I would encourage everyone to double check exactly what your orders are before leaving. I don’t know if they were short handed or having a bad day, but please be more careful. Thank You.
