Ordered a lettuce wrapped burger, I've never had two peices of lettuce given to me when I have ordered a lettuce wrapped burger. Pretty disappointed.

I was just in the drive through tonight and had the worst experience there. The younger kid with black hair working the window he was wearing black a sweater and lots of jewelry should not be in the customer service field period. I could tell from the beginning he was not happy about working because he was being rude when we were ordering. Then we waited for around 10 minutes to get our food, I always check my food before pulling off because we always end up missing food or something is wrong. So as I am doing this I noticed the double cheeseburger we ordered had no cheese, the kid opened the window and said what, I told him the double is supposed to have cheese he then with attitude and disrespect says you are holding up the line go around. Excuse me I said, I am holding the line because you got my order wrong. He looked back at what appeared to be the manager and said just go around and closed the window. I did not go inside because I was not happy with him and I would have said some rude things, so my daughter did and they added the cheese, but for just spending $68 dollars to be disrespected because they messed up my order is completely crazy. Then look at the double I received, photo attached. Looks Like they burnt the bun then ripped Off one side but left the other one on. Then the cheese is on one side of the hamburger, and a double is supposed to have two slices of cheese.

They dropped our food on the floor OUTSIDE and then had the audacity to tell us they're going to put the food in a new bag and when my parents asked for new food, they treated us like we were the problem. Absolutely absurd, it was very unprofessional.

The last thing I want after working in the sun for several hours is burnt food. I was the only person in the lobby. Figured I could grab a bite and charge my phone, but there were no outlets. O well BUT I couldn’t even finish my burger and I was starving!!! Pull it together!! No one wants to eat gross food! I was across the street and thought it was appealing. The lady was happy but the guy in the back could care less.
If you don’t want to cook good food just go find another job. It’s as simple as taking pride in what you do. I’ll be back tomorrow and if the food sucks again I will be calling the FDA

Very lazy employees. Every time I come for a shake they're always sold out of ice cream. In every flavor, at different times of the day, on different nights of the week. Go find another job if you can't/won't do this one.
Food was fine, but they were so slow, half our orders were wrong, and the bathroom was pretty sketchy.

If you want to get home and find out they didn't give you the fries you ordered, gave you brown rotten lettuce and 2 drops of sauce on your western burger then this is the place for you.
