I continue giving this location chance after chance. Only to be disappointed. Chips always burnt, food subpar. I want to have great food for the amount I pay. But sadly after this long they have only gotten worse over time.

My family and I have been huge fans of Chipotle for a long time. This location is consistently disappointing. Tonight was probably the worst it’s been and has forced me to take my business to another location. While those working there are always very kind and helpful the food lacks the quality that I’ve been so used to from Chipotle.
The steak in my bowl and my husband’s was more gristle and fat than actual meat. The Guac was brown and old. And the chips that are “made fresh everyday” weren’t crispy, and tasted like they were reseasoned to cover up the staleness. $80 for fatty meat, brown Guac, and stale chips is unbelievable. It’s clear that the management doesn’t care about quality and freshness. If they did the issues would be fixed instead of review after review stating the same experience as mine. I’ll be driving the extra time to go to the Layton location moving forward.

I’m sorry I love chipotle and this is garbage. Chicken was burnt. The people working there are children and the kitchen was an absolute mess. I’m sorry 1 out of 5 stars. This place needs a health and sanitation visit.

Absolute joke, Stopped in for a quick bite. I headed to the front of the line as there was no one else in the restaurant but me. There was a girl right where you order working on a task of some sort, didn’t acknowledge me or even look up for over 5 minutes. There was also 5 others working, all made eye contact with me, not a single person greeted me as I stood there for five minutes. Needless to say, I won’t be returning or recommending to anyone I know!

We got 4 different entrees order online and each one of them were messed up. I do think we will be back. Not sure how you can screw up all of them.

Was dirty, came in an hour after open on Sunday all the kids were in back hiding, the food was not all the way set up, the store was dirty and had a smell to it like a dirty mop.

Just had the best experience. My son fell asleep as I pulled into their lot. Walked in and was instantly greeted. After ordering my food, Gabe offered to fill up my fountain drink for me then carried out the food and drink to my car as well (my toddler was asleep on me). This was such an unexpected kindness and it was very appreciated.
We need more people like him! If you are able please give this young man a raise or some sort of acknowledgment for his willingness to help others and their positive attitude. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to come eat at this location. Thank you again Gabe! :)

The 2 burritos I purchased cost me over 50 dollars, not one burrito was made correctly, one contained so much corn that the tortilla was soaked in corn juice. Soggy burritos for 50 plus dollars.. that sounds ridiculous… plus That burrito shouldn’t have had corn in it at all, they refused to acknowledge that they messed up the burritos, they refused to fix or take any accountability, all issues are door dash issues. So if you order from them they decide to not care what they send, what you pay for, or to even help with the issue. Jenna was so rude to speak to and does not understand how to communicate. She hung up on me because it was placed through door dash. So they obviously will send trash and blame it on other services and people. I’d be embarrassed to support people who do the bare minimum and not care about their consumers and unfortunately that is the Syracuse chipotle.

Ordered food to go on 9-16-25. Got myself the bowl with quite a bit of the options and for the meat I chose chicken, because NORMALLY you can't mess up chicken.
Unsure how this establishment did it. But it was definitely not freshly grilled, either you got it from a third party and microwaved it... or your cooks need re-training. That was obismal.
Chicken shouldn't have a soft rubbery feel to it when eating it. I was saddened by this. Had to eat around the chicken.

I have been to many different locations and this one has been the worst I have ever been to. There was massive piles of charred food sitting on the uncleaned grill, rice and food all over the back prep area as well as the serving line area. Half their food was gone, garbages overflowing, the employees have no desire to work and sit around giggling rather than cleaning or prepping more food. The restaurant in general was a mess of food. Employees were also telling customers ‘don’t eat that, it’s not good’ when asking about a food item. They were very slow while my husband and I were sitting to eat which freed up plenty of time to clean or prepping. The atmosphere is horrible and I am terrified I end up in the bathroom all night as the aftermath so we will see 🤢

We ate at the Syracuse UT Chipotle and was not a good experience at all. They were out of everything, 10 minute wait for pretty much everything. The tables were all dirty, garbage on the floor, tables, counter for drinks, silverware, napkins was a sticky

The kid who looks like he is 12 was so very helpful when me, my wife, and 3 kids. I ate in store and this kid was so accommodating and made all of my kids laugh.
