I don’t leave reviews often but Gabe, Kyson, Micah were so incredibly kind and friendly I just had to. Quick service, and went the extra mile. Best service I’ve received at a restaurant in a long time.

Was needing a spot to feed myself and the group I was with and was happy to run into this spot. The service was prompt and polite. The food was tasty. The place was clean. Seems pretty new. I was very satisfied with the complete experience. I’d definitely go back. Go check it out for yourself.

I love chipotle but this location is horrendous. Not only did we have to pay full price for half filled bowls but they had two hours until closing and they were out of just about everything. My husband wanted a specific protein and they said it will be done in 4 minutes. They gave us our food and said they would bring out his protein once it was done. 20 minutes later and still nothing. My husband was done eating his food with no protein. I went to ask (it was their seasonal meat that cost extra) and she grabbed the meat with her hand and put it in a cup for him. I complained and she said she could give me a bag of chips free. Seriously? A bag of chips. She was very rude especially when I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. I have since been trying to reach out to her boss Katie with no response.

Recently went to the Clinton store and had a bad experience. Came here and twice in the last week because I was taken care of the right way by Bailey, and I think her name was Katie. If you have the opportunity to have them, they will serve you with a warm smile and friendly service. We need more people like this in the world.

really really bad customer service, I did an online order for pick up, I went and pick my food up I got home and when I open my plate the guacamole was black like if it was an old guacamole or my orden been seating there for a while I called the restaurant and it went straight to customer service to ppl that don't even work at the restaurant but in a cubicle and told that they cannot help me out with my guacamole so I went to the restaurant and they told me that I didn't pick my order on time and my pick up time was at 210pm and I was there 5 minutes before 210pm
