Lost 60 bucks to not get any food

I entered this place I had to wait like at least 5 minutes to get my order taken and then I ordered marinara and garlic sauce and then the person attending me I was like it wasn't on your receipt and now you had to pay extra horrible customer service not going there again my pizza was burnt

They were out of mushrooms and bacon. The BBQ chicken pizza was pretty good.

Ordered 3 pizzaz. a reg hand tossed with chicken and bbq not hard and they nailed it then i orderd a med stuffed with bacon and pep a little more difficalt the only mess up on that one was the extra sauge, but the third a thin crust with bbq and pinapple, ham, and bacon, all messed up. Insted we receved a hand tossed with reg sauce and pep with black olives and murooms, Non of these were anywere on my order. Non of the pizzas were not scored but non of them were cut through, and they all tased off. Over all bad experince and as a person who had maniged food establishments, I would be embarrassed to call that my crew. 8 people making messing orders up like that and still making me walk in and get that travisty. Sad.

Dont even bother ordering buffalo chicken pizza or creating your own with buffalo sauce. They dont see buffalo sauce it doesnt exist to them. They wouldnt know buffalo sauce if someone fed it to them theough a tube. Never makes it on to the pizza never. Over 10 orders and if i dont check it when i grab it for pickup,i dont get buffalo sauce,if i order deliver i dont get buffalo sauce. Just remove it from your menu you dont have it.

Not a big fan of this one Domino's in Syracuse UT. i Paid extra to have my pizza delivered and paid extra for Tip for the Driver to deliver my pizza and it never came. after waiting for 1.5 hours and seeing my pizza was still under inspection i drove down to the pizza place where they handed me my pizza that had been sitting in the warmer for over an hour. never got a refund for the delivery cost or for the Delivery Tip. never even got an apology. the manager sat hiding behind this poor highschool kid and did nothing to make it right. Thank God for little Caesars down the street. i will be taking my business to them from now on....

Why bother ordering what you want! They'll put whatever toppings they want on. As an added bonus they'll even not bother calling you when they are out of toppings what a chicken bacon ranch pizza? Nope well give you sausage and green peppers! Guess I'll be doing carry out and checking at their store from now on.. thanks for the service...

Tracker said pizza was ready, waited an hour at the store with them saying to wait a little longer and they were busy. The manager was actively yelling at the employees with customers waiting. This store needs help! Ended up canceling my order after waiting an hour and my pizza still had not been made.

I understand the lack of employees but so many times it takes hours to get an hour which the app doesn’t inform you. Ingredients are out but zero communication. I just can’t even deal with how many times orders have been wrong, delayed, or cold. DONE

Absolute joke. I waited for over 30 minutes for my pizza. I called and spent 20 minutes on the phone and nobody picked up since the app wasn’t showing any progress. I drove over and they never came out to the car. I went in and saw the manager yelling at the employees. Behind 70+ pizzas is outrageous and nobody knows what they’re doing here. This places needs to be closed down. Awful service!

This location has been really disappointing for a long time. I've tried giving multiple chances. The last visit is my last. The visit before we did car side pickup and they never came out and I had to go in the store and my Pizza's weren't ready when it said it was. Now this last visit I asked for a double pepperoni pan pizza with light sauce and for it to be well done. When I got home we found the pizza to be covered in sauce that the toppings were following off the crust. Some slices had little to no cheese as well. I could only eat 2 slices and threw it away. It's better to drive to Clinton or Layton to get a better experience.

Domino's pizza was dinner on a week day and it was amazing, pizza and wings were on point and cooked just right. A bit high on price but worth it . The order was delivered early and delivery driver was great he went by delivery instructions and knocked loud and had a great smile when we answered door . Thanks domino's for a great dinner night .

This location continually has problems. My in-laws live near there and every time we come into town we order Dominos and then are so disappointed. Our experience has been that the pizza is burned on the top, the cinnamon twists have very little cinnamon coverage and the icing is THICK like it sat around for a year and/or the parmesan bites are extremely overbaked and oddly shaped. There seem to be no quality controls. They never look at their product and realize that it is crap and decide on their own that it needs to be redone. My daughter is a level 3 at Dominos in TX, so we actually know what a good product should be. But when you can only eat 1 Parmesan bite of the 16 because it is so crunchy, something needs to be done. I’m tired of visiting and expecting a good product and getting something sub par.

Worst dominos I have ever been to. There is always something wrong and clearly don’t know how to remake food when the food is clearly not up to company standards

They delivery drivers NEVER read the instructions for delivery. I dont add a tip unless they deliver correctly & also i like to pay the tip in cash. Several times they haven't even made it to the correct address. What a severe pain to have to CALL as to where my order is... and the manager doesn't care at all & is very rude & indifferent as to the delivery & customer. However Caleb the manager said held remake & have it delivered &but THAT NEVER SHOWED either. What a joke! I've never been so p/o about an order b4. Never going to order from that dominos again. Rude & incompetent!
