Bad service, super slow, I was waiting to receive my pizza and he went to the back and never came out, and he never sold me the drink, honestly, a very bad experience with the person serving.

Where’s a manager? After waiting an hour for our food we finally asked for a refund. They couldn’t have cared less. The place is run by 16 year olds and it’s a mad house. No adult in the place. This is like the third time we have had this or similar experiences. Save yourself the hassle. Go elsewhere.

Ordered just after 5pm on the app and was told that it was a 7-12 minute wait for the order to be ready. Well an hour later the pizza was ready but because none of the 10 people working were handing out orders, we waited another 10 minutes before finally getting our order.
What was supposed to be a quick dinner ended up making us very late for another event we were going to this evening.
Oh and this is the second time this has happened. Not coming back to this franchise.

Don’t even bother leaving a note for them not to knock when they leave it at the door. They will wake up the whole neighborhood because they don’t know how to read a freaking note.

had the absolute worst experience! placed an online order to pickup when i arrived the time it said it would be done, it wasn’t ready which was fine but i was told it would be a little longer to wait in the parking lot so i waited 20 min just to be told when i pulled up again it would be a whole another hour until my 2 pizzas were done. when i asked if i could receive a free dessert for compensation for an extended 1 hour and half wait, he told me it wasn’t allowed & “thats just part of doing business with them”. i ended up telling them to cancel my order. this is some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. if it really was busy because of a “football game” like the employee said, shame on the management for not taking this into account when doing the scheduling for this week. the employee who showed not any sort of empathy for the ridiculous wait was tall with glasses, please give him some extra training because seriously i know im not the only one who was frustrated with him today. i will not be returning to this location ever!

It said our pizzas was done we sat at the window for 20 minutes waiting for pizzas that were bubbled up and one was to be a large pan and was a medium in a large box and was hand toss
Service was slow and lied to have me sit another 15 minutes for crap recommend if you want pizza any where but Syracuse store or another pizza place

The female manager Sept 7, 2024 at 5:30pm lies so much. She just used 3 different names (Hope, Natalie and Alicia) within 2 hours. When she told me her name was Natalie she said that she was the only female manager for the past 4 years at that location. We contacted this store the same night and the very next day, where this same girl said she would investigate onions being put all over our food, after ordering it with no onions. It's been a couple days later, and my mom calls back because I reminded her that nobody ever called her back. The lady says she will credit her 2 pastas & tots, when my mother couldn't even eat that night. We had a huge order of pizzas, wings, pastas, tots, & a sandwich. The only thing that did not come with onions was the wings. Then I called to tell her she could just refund. She told me so many different stories to include that my mother didn't even talk to her, it must have been a different store- this was when she said her name was Natalie. She was asking for the order number that I didn't know off the bat, but then I got it to her. She said she couldn't give I refund this late. It's been like 3 days and because of her it's taken this long. She told my mom that she would have to investigate a couple days ago and today she said she was looking at the notes and that's all she could do. Then my mom went in tonight to talk with her, Not even 10 minutes after I get off the phone with her- when she says her names Alicia, And she said you know what I'm not going to do anything for you. I won't eat food from them again, with this kind of service. It's like they did the onions on purpose. This lady must really hate her job because I just read a bunch of other one star reviews. I wouldn't hire her. If she applies another for another job, I hope they come and read these reviews!
Dietary restrictions: We had dietary restrictions of onions, and they in fact put onions all over the food and they would not replace the food nor refund it.

Pizza was fine, our wings had only a couple drops of the buffalo sauce, we didn't get our ranch for the wings, nor our icing for the cinnamon twists.
My family got food poisoning from their food. And they have done nothing to write the wrong. I do not recommend this location if you value the health and wellness of your family.

This is a specialty Pizza. I paid extra for chicken for extra jalapenos. When I opened it my kids and I thought it was the cheese pizza. It's that bare. They've gotten orders wrong before in the past. This is just a poorly managed dominoes.

This is the worst Dominos location. Ordered at 555pm arrived 25 minutes later and they barely put my order in the oven. Stay clear from here. I have other food ordered at another restaurant that is getting cold just waiting…….
Just about went into the kitchen to make my own pizza. Walked in and was greeted by absolutely no one for 10 minutes. Didn't even see an employee, store is open but completely empty. Called for help no one was there. It's like they fell asleep in the back, or just left the store and forgot to close up.
