We waited in line for ~30 minutes and there were only 7 cars ahead of us when we got in line. What takes so long??

They had a sign up all week advertising a promotion. The day of the promotion the sign is gone and the staff said the area manager decided to take it down that morning. Staff was friendly but the management plays games with customers in a bait and switch to get them in the door and spend money with fake promotions.

I was just charged $2.00 more than I should have been for a Pirate Jack in a 44oz refill mug. This always happens at the Syracuse Fiiz while Clinton is fabulous. Fix it!

9 times out of 10 my drink is made wrong. it’s either not made sugar free, an addition that costs extra is forgotten, or the soda used is completely wrong. i understand the shop is likely being ran by teenagers but there are other locations that don’t mess up so consistently.

The outside lights for this establishment are NEVER on at night so you not only don’t know they are open but it is creepy.

The drive thru ordering station looks like so unprofessional. Stickers, nasty glue, and dirt. The drive-through window is the very same. You can hardly see through it, which makes you wonder if the outside of the building is just disgusting. What is the kitchen and making the drink.

Visited Syracuse location on a Saturday Went in to order the Employees there were listening to rap music that was very loud and had repeated F bombs, and crude language in the lyrics .
The drinks we got were fine. I do wish they had the whole menu where you could see it.

I just placed an order through the drive-thru, and, unfortunately, the entire experience was frustrating. Once again, my drinks were completely incorrect. This has become a recurring issue—every time I visit, I end up having to go inside and follow the staff around to ensure my drinks are made correctly. If I don’t do so, they are consistently messed up. Today, the staff did remake the drinks after I pointed out the mistake, but even then, they were remade wrong again. The employee at the window lacked professionalism throughout the entire interaction, offering neither an apology nor any effort to make things right. Instead, I was met with a condescending tone and constant dirty looks. Eventually after our drinks were remade wrong for the second time we cut our losses and just left not wanting to spend another second there. Additionally my father’s chocolate puffs were served freezing cold which was another issue left unresolved. The quality of service here is concerning and consistently disappointing. Do better.

I went with my friend the other night and they completely messed up our drinks. We’re pretty sure they weren’t even made sugar-free, and I’m diabetic. When we tried to follow up the next day, the staff refused to help and had a terrible attitude.

I wasn’t even going to post anything, but today I went to Swig and they messed up my drink too. The difference is they immediately apologized, remade it, and even gave me a larger size without me asking.

Long story short… don’t go to this Fiiz. The customer service is awful, especially over $5 sodas.
