Attention Fizz owners! teach your employees how to be good employees. 0 customer service skills. If I see a change I’ll update this review. They’re so bad at customer service it’s comical.

Visited Syracuse location on a Saturday Went in to order the Employees there were listening to rap music that was very loud and had repeated F bombs, and crude language in the lyrics .
The drinks we got were fine. I do wish they had the whole menu where you could see it.

EVERY TIME I GOT TO THIS LOCATION IT IS TERRIBLE. You wait forever, it stinks inside, they never get my order right, their soda is flat.

I just placed an order through the drive-thru, and, unfortunately, the entire experience was frustrating. Once again, my drinks were completely incorrect. This has become a recurring issue—every time I visit, I end up having to go inside and follow the staff around to ensure my drinks are made correctly. If I don’t do so, they are consistently messed up. Today, the staff did remake the drinks after I pointed out the mistake, but even then, they were remade wrong again. The employee at the window lacked professionalism throughout the entire interaction, offering neither an apology nor any effort to make things right. Instead, I was met with a condescending tone and constant dirty looks. Eventually after our drinks were remade wrong for the second time we cut our losses and just left not wanting to spend another second there. Additionally my father’s chocolate puffs were served freezing cold which was another issue left unresolved. The quality of service here is concerning and consistently disappointing. Do better.

I went with my friend the other night and they completely messed up our drinks. We’re pretty sure they weren’t even made sugar-free, and I’m diabetic. When we tried to follow up the next day, the staff refused to help and had a terrible attitude.
I wasn’t even going to post anything, but today I went to Swig and they messed up my drink too. The difference is they immediately apologized, remade it, and even gave me a larger size without me asking.
Long story short… don’t go to this Fiiz. The customer service is awful, especially over $5 sodas.

Me and My Girls went through your drive-through to get drinks and cookie dough. The drink had absolutely no flavor and not even all of the ingredients that were supposed to be in it. When I opened up my cookie dough it was it had a hair in it so we turned around and we went back in And asked told the girl that the drink was not made correctly and she went so do you want me to remake it? Not a sorry not let me get that remade for you. Nothing like that at all. So she took the drink and remade it for us. It wasn’t perfect, but it was so much better and standing there to get even helped and recognize when we walked in, there was three workers. They were just sit and stare at us and keep making drinks. Not even high welcome in will be with you in just a minute. Nothing customer service was terrible. The girl behind us waiting in line said I’m kind of nervous. I don’t know if I wanna get a drink now and the floor was so sticky standing there waiting to get our correct drink. So disappointed I live in Syracuse would love this to be my drink place but now I have to go elsewhere and I will drive elsewhere out of my way so that I don’t have to have that type of service again in the future. If it were my franchise in my store, I would be very disappointed in the workers and they need some more training thank you

... Youve gotta be kidding me. I ordered 3 drinks, sugar daddy, the champ, and a pepperlada... THEY ALL SUCKED. flat soda, overbearing syrup, no ice I could go on. This experience was horrible, I love fiiz but idk... Theyre slacking and loading quality. I was the ONLY ONE there as well. And that poor quality? No thanks

I had a pickup order at 6:22, the lobby was open until 630 but they locked the doors and told me to wait in line. I got my mountain dew + syrup at 650 after they gave us someone else's order. It wasn't great tasting. Why would people go here?
Oh the 24 ounce was 22 ounces of ice also

I tried to give this Fiiz a chance, but they did not make the Zen water like North Ogden’s Fiiz! There was no lime, guava, pineapple, it tasted like diluted cucumber water.

The location is open until 7pm on Sundays. We were waiting in the drive thru line (not just the parking lot but the actual drive thru) at 6:58 and were told we had to leave. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. It wasn’t even 7:00 yet and we had already been waiting in line. Post your hours til 6:55 if you’re going to turn away paying customers. Do better.
This location never has any sugar cookies no matter the time of day
Can't even order any drinks without them forgetting straws or not listening to instructions me and my wife gave this place 5 chances to do right and it's either they make the drinks they want or not follow any instruction and it's frustrating when your thirsty and can't even enjoy it cause they keep forgetting straws to where we have to tell delivery drivers to ask them to give straws and it's dumb you shouldn't have to ask for straws for a place that does mainly drinks how special do you actually have to be to not connect those 2
