I tried to give this Fiiz a chance, but they did not make the Zen water like North Ogden’s Fiiz! There was no lime, guava, pineapple, it tasted like diluted cucumber water.

The location is open until 7pm on Sundays. We were waiting in the drive thru line (not just the parking lot but the actual drive thru) at 6:58 and were told we had to leave. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. It wasn’t even 7:00 yet and we had already been waiting in line. Post your hours til 6:55 if you’re going to turn away paying customers. Do better.

Can't even order any drinks without them forgetting straws or not listening to instructions me and my wife gave this place 5 chances to do right and it's either they make the drinks they want or not follow any instruction and it's frustrating when your thirsty and can't even enjoy it cause they keep forgetting straws to where we have to tell delivery drivers to ask them to give straws and it's dumb you shouldn't have to ask for straws for a place that does mainly drinks how special do you actually have to be to not connect those 2

I’ve been here multiple times, and every single time they mess something up with the drink. For example, not adding creamer or flavoring. Normally I wouldn’t be this irritated over some drinks, but these drinks are expensive!

We got to the microphone at 6:59 today not knowing they closed at 7:00 on Sundays and the employee would not take our order for 2 drinks so we had to sit in the drive through and wait for everyone in front of us to get their drinks.

The inside of the store is disgusting. Everything was dirty and it smells like mildew. We got two simple drinks but two big groups got their's first even though we ordered before them. It took almost 10 minutes to get a diet coke with SF vanilla.

Fiiz is my favorite soda shop around. I like them because they have a wide variety of drinks, my favorite being the drama mama. I like how not every is a puree, I dislike purees because they ruin the texture, in my opinion. The inside didn't have the full menu, but that's because that has tons of drinks, too many to fit on the menu. I love fiiz and recommend it to anyone who's never experienced a good soda shop before.

Just ordered a hot chocolate at the drive through and watched as the girl put whipped cream on her hand, licked it off, then continued to make my hot chocolate without washing her hand. I’m disgusted. Will not go back to Syracuse Fiiz.
