Great place! Staff was friendly and patient with us while we decided. They were slammed with drive through orders and were still so kind and did a great job! Cal was so nice and friendly! Great drinks!

Went inside and there were way too many teenagers just messing around rather than working. I’m not sure who was supposed to be in charge but they definitely weren’t doing their job. I went in there on a little date with my daughter and we wanted to hang out and drink our drinks in there but the way the atmosphere was and how the workers were behaving I would’ve felt too awkward being in there. Does not feel welcoming inside at all.

Came in well before closing and they didnt offer any food items any frozen drinks and told me that they can only do sodas because theyve “cleaned everythung for the night” They made me sit at the drive thru for a fat minute to even take my order but Being told that the One thing i wanted after driving 15+ minutes and getting kff work early for is one of the things they cant do becasue of pure lazyness and selfishness is disgusting. If your not going to offer 3/4 of the menu then close earlier. Ive read the reviews of others and it seems like this establishment is ran by teenage kids who dont care about service or being kind and its such a shame that its gone downhill.

My problem is I ordered a 16oz drink and their NEW sign says $1.75. thought nothing of it when they said they'd have my total at the window. I pull up and she says $3.85. Almost double! All she says when I mention it was "Oh sorry we need to update our sign, also with all the mix-ins". It's a regular drink and new sign! Update what!?

I wasn’t gonna write this but it feels needed everytime I come to this location they mess up my drink. Today I got my drink and took a big sip of straight syrup I know for a fact that there’s not much syrup supposed to even be in there because I’ve worked for fiiz in the past and it’s not hard to get the ratios right.

I strongly dislike the new menu layout and the app is not easy to use for just looking at the menu..the employee offers the qr code..have they ever scanned it? Do they understand it doesn't do what you think it does?. ..I miss the days when employees knew the menu and you could ask questions.. I just want a sugar free beverage..sadly you've lost me as a cx and I'm voicing my frustration..loud
They claimed to be low staffed at a location small enough to be run by 2 I saw 4 and closed the lobby 1.5 hrs early. It was 5 pm and the lobby doors stated 6:30 to close.

I wasn’t going to write a review, because i assumed the girl helping me a few days ago was just having a bad day. well, i went to fiiz today around 6:35pm and the same girl was at the window. she was very rude and had an attitude the entire time. this is the second time i’ve come to this location and she’s messed up my drink. I understand working in the food service is stressful but i feel like she could’ve been more nice.

Horrible experience. The employees were not nice at all. Made my drinks wrong and when I asked them to remake it I got nasty looks the whole time I was in the store. They are not wearing uniforms and have horrible customer service.

I came here with a friend of mine and they mistakenly forgot to put in a few things in my drink. When I walked inside I was greeted by a young lady named maylee she was super kind and super professional. Without any hesitation she remade my drink. This place has great staff and great customer service would recommend!
