Iceberg is my favorite place to get a good large shake.

The drivethough employee should not be taking money then handing you an ice cream cone with bare hands. What happened to cone protectors or napkins? Very concerning health issue.

Found plastic in my shake, that took 10 minutes to get during very slow time. I got the fried zucchini first, and that tasted awful! This place used to be good, but now it tastes terrible and takes way too long to get my order when I'm the only customer there.

This was at 10 pm, they close at 11. A guy yelled at us to get out of the drive through, and they were screaming the entire time we were at the window. It was a strange experience and really unprofessional. We got our food and it was fine, but we felt really unsure about it considering what was going on

I ordered a Carmel cookie dough shake and my shake lacked the cookie dough and didn't have any Carmel in it but had a different toppings not very happy with there shakes lately

Waited over thirty minutes for food at lunch, not even busy in there. Shake was mostly melted, food just warm temp. Can't come back for a lunch again, don't have that kind of time. Feel like parking my car at the drive through speaker before coming in again.
