I just went here for the first time and it’s incredible. The guy that helped us was sooo patient and kind. The food is absolutely delicious and the prices are way better than most fast food. This is definitely my new favorite fast food place. The eggnog shake was delicious and giant.

This place has some over the top shakes that are awesome. Burgers are okay and I love the fries. Prices are standard for a non chain restaurant. If you haven’t tried the shakes you gotta stop by. I am a regular.

Last night me and my spouse went to eat, we arrived at 7:20pm placed our order and sat down. We got our food and it was not correct. I took the food back to the counter and told the service rep, she said I'm sorry we will make the correct food now. I went and sat back down, the restaurant began to quickly fill up with a bunch of teenage kids whom are friends with the workers, being very loud and disruptive inside the facility. It is now 8:15 and we still had no food. I went back up and asked if they forgot about us, she again said sorry and said it would be right out. 8:45 at this point I am very irritated, so I again approach the same person and she said oh that's your food right there, sorry we had to clean trays, she tries passing me the food I said that is not our order, she said sorry. Then I said at this point, just refund my money, she said let me get the manager, the manager did not ask me what happened did not ask her staff what happened, she just came out and refunded my money, didn't say "sorry" didn't say let me get your "food" nothing, she just refunded us and that was that. I will never return to this iceburg again. Very disappointing.

I love this place, especially for their shakes. The food was good but not four or five stars worthy. But I will always come back because I have never had bad food here.
I got the pastrami burger and my kids got the cheese burger kids meal. My burger was great! But they use shredded lettuce which makes the burger extremely messy. Then the patty was over cooked and tough. Not the best nor the worst pastrami burger.
However their fries are FABULOUS 😍. they had an excellent crunch and they were not soggy like McDonald's. YUCK 🤢. who likes soggy fries anyways 😁.
My first kiddo got a strawberry shake and the other got a root beer shake. The strawberry shake was interesting as the coloring was very red...hmm .. Lots of dye? You can see my picture. But she liked the strawberries in it! The root beer shake was very mild and could have used more flavoring. So maybe one shake and too much and the other too little? But at least we know that when we order a shake here, we get a shake. Unlike Culver's you might get "milk" instead. That's happened a couple times to us.

Vegetarian options: Not very many selections but a couple options.

Parking: They share a parking lot with other businesses so be aware of limited space.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love the shakes!
