Got a jacks fav croissant on my way to work and it was not it. Basically a Cold croissant with a half slice of bacon and a slice of cheese. Definitely not worth the $6 i paid. Atleast put something on the bread!

I used to work at the Layton location, so I understand why the waits can sometimes take long. The food is always good imo. However, the service here is just awful. The Gm at this location looked like she was working with maybe 2 other employees. Once again I get the wait. The Gm was taking the orders and handing out the food. She was very rude. Not very kind to the customers. She was flailing her arms up and hitting the counters while taking drive through orders while I was waiting for my food. Acted annoyed when I was ordering and she acted annoyed that I even asked for sauces. (You’re supposed to ask what sauces you’d like at the window which she did not.) *side note they’ve been out of ranch for like a week. Put it on your truck order 🙄. I hate to leave a bad review because I love the district manager he’s very sweet. Maybe she shouldn’t be in a manager position if she gets this angry after a small rush. I literally worked on Christmas Day at the Layton jib and was never rude. I hope she’s nice to her employees. I know that Trevor was awesome and kind even during rushes 🤷🏻‍♀️

I never leave reviews or complain… but it’s the third time I’ve given them a chance and I’ve been burned again.

I waited 45 minutes to go through the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. Waited another 45 minutes in the parking lot after paying (for a total of an hour and a half) to get my food.
The fries were old, the soda was flat by then, and the order was wrong.

If I could give this location 0 stars I freaking would. I placed an order at about 840ish and it said arrival time about 903ish. Once the time came the arrival time changed and continued to change for an HOUR! During this hour my dasher cancelled and I got a second one. He waited for about 20ish minutes, he also then cancelled. I then got a third dasher which at that point I cancelled. This entire time no one could give me an estimate time of my food being brought to me. I called several times my self to which no answer, no surprise. An hour wait with no update is absolutely ridiculous. Poor service on Jack in the Box part. Will not be ordering from this location ever again.

Went to grab a burger NO mayo after driving from Roy and no one answered the phone! It sucks you spend money and can’t even eat the food! Poor service!

I spent 110.00 on large order long wait time food very call large fries full half way I ask to replace my cold fries for hot fries she did it but no until she gave me the look fanta coke no flavor I ask and they said it was good cold burgers fries and tacos very disappointed

Don’t go to the drive thru unless you have 30 minutes to kill. The last 2 time I went into the drive tru it has been over 30 minutes each time then get home 2 minutes away and have cold food. They need to get staffed correctly this is unacceptable and after reading the recent reviews I’m not the only one this has happened to.

I had 45 minutes before I had to be to work, I work only 6 miles from this location and I WAS LATE! I was STUCK in the drive thru for almost 35 minutes! With only two cars ahead of me. This was on a Friday night. With only two cars in the drive thru I figured I had plenty of time. WRONG!
