I’d have marked price as a 3 or 4. I really the subs, but they are kind of expensive. I downloaded the Jersey Mike app because I was promised offers and deals once in a while. Never got anything in 6 months, so I deleted the app.

This is the only jersey mikes in the state that refuses to let you customize your sandwich. All I wanted was a #13 with turkey instead of ham, but god forbid they let you swap 1 meat out. Even for extra price they refused. I asked to talk to the manager and the actual manager came out and very rudely said it’s always been company policy, and that no location has ever customized sandwiches like that, even though literally last week the Clinton location did just fine and has always done that for me. But for this location, it’s so unfathomably difficult to do that they not only have it written against policy, but the manager also feels the need to come out and verbally attack me and the new worker who didn’t understand this crazy rule just because I wanted turkey on my sandwich. Jersey mikes is normally very good and I love every other location, but NEVER come to this one.

The Syracuse Jersey Mikes saved my Memorial Day picnic. I made an online order late the evening before Memorial Day. Because of the large order and the early pickup time requested the computer placed my order for the day after the holiday to give the store time to fulfill the order. I called the store on Memorial Day and they helped me fulfill my order for the correct morning and my entire extended family enjoyed a lovely stress-free lunch of two of the 12 pack sandwich boxes and 2 of the 12 count cookie boxes. They provided all the sandwiches as requested and all of the sauces on the side as requested. Everyone enjoyed the food and it gave us more time together without having to take up time to prepare food. We added a few sides and fed 12 adults and6 children. I sent 3 families home with sandwiches for 2 for the next day. I am super appreciative to the Syracuse store for helping make my holiday meal just right! Thank you!

This place is great unless you go on Saturday afternoon. 3 times I've been 1-2 cars behind and waited 30 plus mins for 1-2 sandwiches not sure if that's a scheduling issue or the slow people work that shift. Don't happen on any other day atleast it hasn't to us. Fix that please
