Pizza is good.I ordered delivery.By mistake I ordered two cheese pizza instead of combination. They brought the combo pizzas but made me give back the cheese pizza. Before the delivery driver would take them I had to open up the cheese pizza box for her to check them. They should brush up on there customer service. That felt insulting.

I've had doordash deliver a deep dish jet-10 twice. I love it. This is my comfort food.

Was fine for the price but nothing to write home about. Quite slow compared to what we were quoted. Sauce was lacking flavor.

Toppings w
ere all very burnt, for $20 pizzas this was very bad. Tried 4 different pizzas and wouldnt reccomend any of them. The deep dish is just soaked in grease, the sauce is like a cheap ragu sauce, and again; the edges and toppings were burned.

Just moved out to Syracuse and wanted to try something new. We were not disappointed we won’t get pizza for anywhere else now! The pizza and wings are absolutely amazing!

Did a takeout order and the food did not disappoint! Food tasted amazing! Our personal favorite is the cheese bread sticks! Overall pizza, breadsticks, and brownies all tasted great! Lots of options for singles, couples, family’s and parties! Everything was cooked to perfection!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I was introduced last year on my birthday to this delicious place. I have not ordered from any other pizza place since. Every time we get this pizza it is hot and fresh and cooked to perfection. My husband doesn’t like pizza and loves the Eugene. I love the Detroit style deep dish with extra pepperoni!!! There is always a crunch in every bite. We also tried the Sweet chili wings tonight and they did not disappoint. I just want them to know they are doing a great job and keep up the good work.

Okay, so the good: the gluten free thick crust
The bad:
The price. You pay over 24.00 for a small gf pizza. Ridiculous.
The pizza: everything but the crust was super cold and we got there right when they pulled the pizza out of the oven. It was gross to have good crust and cold pepperoni and other toppings. Really weird. It did have a lot of veggies on it so maybe it cooled down the pizza.
For the price and quality, I don't think we will be back. However, it was good gf crust if that's really what they gave us.

The first time I came I had a very positive experience but this time it was negative.
We ordered and were told it would be 15-20min. After 15 we popped our heads in and asked if it was ready and were told 5 more minutes. After 5 minutes we went in and asked again and again were told five minutes. We stayed in the store at this point, sitting on the bench. After about 10 minutes I stood up and started looking over where the employees were seeing if they were cutting our pizza or if they were super backed up or something (they weren’t…). There were 4 or more of them milling around. I then looked into the warming thing were prepared pizzas are and after finding our receipt realized one was ours, #62. I asked one of the employees to confirm if it was ours and when I said “we asked 3 times if our pizza was done” he gave a very apathetic ‘I’m sorry’ with an offended tone.
Calling out names when pizzas are done would’ve stopped this before it became an issue. Asking a customer “what’s the name on your order” when you notice they’ve been in your store for 15 minutes instead of avoiding eye contact would’ve prevented this.
And when we finally got our pizza it had already started getting a little soggy so I’m not convinced it wasn’t really done after that initial 15 minutes. And it has a rancid oil taste to it. Idk what’s going on but maybe the olive oil it’s cooked with has gone off. It just leaves a bad aftertaste.
We specifically drove 20 minutes out of the way to get this pizza on the Fourth of July because of the positive experience I had the first time but tbh I don’t know if I’ll be back. Hopefully they can do better.

We have been a few times and it was quickly on its way to becoming a favorite. Then a few weeks ago, I received a cauliflower crust pizza that was burnt. Luckily, we had picked it up so we hadn’t left the parking lot. The manager told us “that’s just how that kind looks” which is odd since I’d had it before and it didn’t look like that. She replaced it and we went on our way.
Assuming that was a fluke, we deduced to try it again. This time it was a delivery order. Again, one of the pizzas was burnt. When we complained, the manager wouldn’t come to the phone and instead, chose to speak through the employee. I understanding being busy, but seriously… we could hear her talking to the employee and then the employee repeating the words.
They offered to make a replacement or give a credit. We only chose credit so our broke college student kid could do a pick-up pizza for a lunch.
Someone should be looking at the orders for quality control because this isn’t acceptable. Whoever packed up our order had to know it was burnt. (See picture- I took it in case we were told that it just looks like that.)
I gave them 2 stars because the other pizzas in the order were very good.
Sadly, this is the last time we will try them.
As a pizza aficionado by marriage, I eat a LOT of pizza. I was passing by on my way somewhere else and saw this place and then saw that they have Detroit style pizza and knew we had to try. There are not a lot of options around here for good Detroit style pizza, which happens to be my favorite kind. Jets is pretty good. It’s not the best pizza I’ve had, but it is very reasonably priced and I definitely got my moneys worth. We got the 8 corner pepperoni Detroit and the triple cheese stix with ranch. I think to make it to a 5 the cheese crust needs to go all the way to the edge.
The customer service is great! Overall a great restaurant!

i’ve eaten here about four times and all four times the pizza has been really good. The sauce is really good you think at first that is kind of small but then you eat two pieces and you’re like holy cow I’m full. it will fill you up quickly a lot faster than you think. And it taste great.
