There were 4 employees there, even got greeted and and then watched them all go play in the back i guess. Waited and then Rowen? Came out and said oh my gosh im sorry after im pretty sure she had greeted me 10 min ago. Just left. Good food. Very weird environment and people. I was the only one in there.

Idk why the ratings is so low. This was my first time coming here to try out a different pizza restaurant and I ordered alot of food for my boyfriend and i. All the foods was delicious. We ordered the pizza, cheese breadsticks, the calzone was huge, and some wings. They were all exceptional, we'll definitely come again.

We decided to try this place after my husband heard great things about their pizza. I placed an online order for pickup, but when I arrived, the atmosphere was a bit chaotic. One employee was loudly yelling at another to handle the register, and the young man who eventually helped me seemed uninterested and unfriendly.
As for the food, the pizza and wings had decent flavor. Unfortunately, shortly after eating, I became very ill with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. My husband only experienced heartburn, but the only difference between our meals was that I had a salad and ranch dressing—so I suspect one of those may have been the culprit.
I really wanted to enjoy the experience, but between the customer service and how sick I became afterward, I’m hesitant to return.

Jet's Pizza makes a thick and delicious crispy yet fluffy crust for their deep dish pizzas. The red sauce is fantastic and always covered with a thick layer of cheese. Their toppings are always the highest quality. My orders are always hot and ready when it's expected to be ready. Make sure to add an order of their cheese bread sticks as they are second to none.

We tried their Pizza for the first time this week and we were mostly disappointed . We very much liked the crust and it had plenty of toppings, although the tomato sauce was entirely to tart and it over rid the taste of any of the other ingredients , pretty much ruining it. Seriously tasted like they used a can of plain tomato sauce from Walmart. Secondly the price was very expensive. We’ve eaten at most all the Pizza places in Syracuse and I’m sorry to say this was the worst.I wrote a complaint letter to Corporate and they responded fairly quickly with an apology although offered nothing more, so I offered to try again if they’d at least send me a discount coupon, so I’ll update this if I get some satisfaction from them, until then we’re not planning on ordering again.
Too expensive, will not back...there are plenty of good pizza places around here.

Great place to grab a takeout pizza! The ingredient quality is excellent, tasty cheese, great sauce, fresh toppings. The ranch is exceptionally good here. I got a New York style well done crust and loved it.
