I enjoy taking my 5 year old there because of the play area. It's always clean and the staff is friendly.

I rarely write reviews, but unfortunately this one is deserved. I'm a college student and often McDonald's is one of the few places I can pick up food late at night. Over the last month I've had at least 4 experiences where the food takes 30-45 minutes to be prepared. Tonight was the worst experience yet. I sat in my car at curbside for at least 40 minutes before deciding to go in. When I got in they hadn't even started my order. I waited patiently while I saw them finally starting to prepare my order. Once it was complete some of the employees started fighting over who had to take it out to curbside. I finally got their attention and had them bring it to me. When I got out to my car I found the order to be made completely wrong. At this point I just gave up. If you are looking for fast food go elsewhere, it's not worth the hassle and when they finally get it to you it is wrong 90% of the time.

Manager kicked me and a couple teens out along with people who were eating their meal because it was 5 minutes before lobby closed, told us to go threw the drive threw, wouldn’t serve us then threatened to call the police for entering a closed establishment that is 24 hour😂 Tuesday August 12 at 10:53, yall better fire that fool

Tonight me and my wife decided to stay in, so we place a pick up order. Nice and easy just a med. 10 pice meal with an extra fri, i didnt really have time for the line so i decided to just run in really fast, Misstake, there were 4 people in there waiting so i walk up to the counter and they eventully get to me and i show them my order and he goes ok i cant find it so i give him my phone to find it. He finds it and goes to make it and comes back and tells me were waiting on fries, cool i get it, He then goes back to making orders. 30 MINUTS LATER he comes back amd ask me what im waiting on, All i could do was jist look at him and ask him the exact same thing, I then have to hand him my phone again and another 3 min he comes back with my order, And after all of that i was only missing an order of fries i was supposed to be waiting on and cold chicken nugets, i was only saved by me and my wife ordering soup from somewere. 0/10 this was my wors experince witch is saying something because its always bad when i go in

I ordered a Bacon double quarter pounder, And it didn’t come with bacon and they wouldn’t replace it. Kinda odd that I pay more for something I didn’t get, because of their mistake, and they won’t make it right.

They definitely have a rhythm to make sure folks get their order, great kids area, kiosk to order food. My only complaint is that if you do decide to pay cash they take forever to actually help you at the front. Why have it as an option of the kiosk if you are going to ignore the customer for 15 minutes until you actually assist them? (Maybe not their fault but the Kiosk for having it available, but they know it's there and should have someone stay on top of the front desk).

The worst team is the ones working at this time. They are uncooperative and do not know how to do the work.

The older guy wearing the flannel who was taking orders through the drive-through and cashing people out in the drive-through has to be the rudest person I have ever met in the fast food industry. I will never return here.

Decided to put a ton of mayo on a regular cheeseburger that doesn’t have it to begin with

I just got off work to get my some food i went through the drive thru and there was a cranky old man who took my order, when i mean cranky i mean it! he was berating me while i was ordering and trying figure out my order and he certainly wasn’t do anything to help. while he took my card to pay he was scolding me on ordering wrong instead of being helpful and saying next time you order you can do this. absolutely terrible service from him. i personally work at fast food and number 1 priority is being nice to customers especially if they aren’t doing anything. he was so rude for no reason this is not okay.

I’m hoping this reaches corporate not just the managers at this location. The service here is usually pretty decent until they have this old man that works there working intercom taking orders at the first window. He is so rude EVERY TIME I have gone there. I wouldn’t normally complain until tonight when we went he asked if we had a mobile order and I said no but it had been raining & there’s cars driving back & forth so I’m assuming he just couldn’t hear me. He then proceeded to SCREAM through the intercom echoing HELLOOOOOOOO DO YOU HAVE A MOBILE ORDER? HELLLOOOOO. I couldn’t believe how he acted & was able to scream at a customer like that and nobody says a thing about it. I’m over it, nobody should be yelled at like that. Something needs to be done about this WITH corporate not just the managers that let him get away with it. Old or not have some damn respect. It’s not hard to treat people with kindness & in today’s world we all need a little bit of it.
