I just got off work to get my some food i went through the drive thru and there was a cranky old man who took my order, when i mean cranky i mean it! he was berating me while i was ordering and trying figure out my order and he certainly wasn’t do anything to help. while he took my card to pay he was scolding me on ordering wrong instead of being helpful and saying next time you order you can do this. absolutely terrible service from him. i personally work at fast food and number 1 priority is being nice to customers especially if they aren’t doing anything. he was so rude for no reason this is not okay.

I’m hoping this reaches corporate not just the managers at this location. The service here is usually pretty decent until they have this old man that works there working intercom taking orders at the first window. He is so rude EVERY TIME I have gone there. I wouldn’t normally complain until tonight when we went he asked if we had a mobile order and I said no but it had been raining & there’s cars driving back & forth so I’m assuming he just couldn’t hear me. He then proceeded to SCREAM through the intercom echoing HELLOOOOOOOO DO YOU HAVE A MOBILE ORDER? HELLLOOOOO. I couldn’t believe how he acted & was able to scream at a customer like that and nobody says a thing about it. I’m over it, nobody should be yelled at like that. Something needs to be done about this WITH corporate not just the managers that let him get away with it. Old or not have some damn respect. It’s not hard to treat people with kindness & in today’s world we all need a little bit of it.

It sucks being a Syracuse resident and having to drive to Clearfield just to get a decent McDonalds. The Syracuse location has messed up just about every order over the past 5 years. It’s almost impressive. Honestly just fire everybody and start over.

Mostly I’m super annoyed that there’s no changing table at all and yet they do have a play place? It’s gross to have to change my child on the floor.
