Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and had zero patience. While we were at the drive-thru window, we realized we accidentally forgot to order one item. Instead of handling it professionally, a worker who wasn’t even directly helping us started screaming that she would’ve made us go back around. She repeated it four times. Completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and embarrassing. Customer service like this makes me not want to come back.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Besides the 25 minute wait for “fast food” to then have it all be cold and when telling the employee, he gave us a thumbs up .. it might has well have been the middle finger. We came just for the Grinch meal and will never come back, I can promise you that.

This McDonalds is an embarrassment!!! Absolutely terrible customer service. I got to the first window and said that i had 3 orders because i was picking up for other people and the guy sighed and never said anything to me at all. I asked to speak to the manager and she was too scared to come to the window to talk to me because she knew she was in the wrong. I had used my points to get a free large fry and they claim that it never showed up on the order so i’m out of luck even though my points are gone. Isn’t it all about how the customer is always right and how customer service is a huge thing nowadays?? I will never be returning they robbed me of my points and are so disrespectful. This location has so many issues all the time and they have the most inexperienced employees ever.

The manager caused a scene, yelling at all the employees, yelling cuss words, talking to them horribly! And apparently lots of people have seen this behavior from him before. If the service is bad I’d fully blame it on an incompetent manager who’s created a toxic workplace. He needs to grow up, act like a MAN, and learn how to properly handle his emotions again like teaching a toddler cause that’s how ridiculous he acts. I feel so bad for the employees there just trying to make a living and get by. Word is his wife works in corporate so he gets away with acting this way. So maybe his wife needs to be looked at as well if that is true. No one should have to deal with this at their job. If you have to yell and act a fool to get things done you are a terrible leader. Period.

Kids love the play place. I like that all age kids do well on it. Some places have play place that is too small for our 7 year old and some are too big for our 3 year old. But they all have fun on this one.

We ordered a handful of items at this location and they missed quite a few things. They also messed up a few of our sandwiches and gave us the wrong ones. I understand missing a few things but it’s almost as if they didn’t pay attention to the order at all.

Ok look, I’m not one to write reviews. And yes, sometimes this McDonalds has its flaws. But amidst that, there is one man who saves the day with his expertise, brilliance, and passion.

Let’s be honest, McDonalds isn’t know for its flawless food or atmosphere. But this manager Makes it worth going. Me and my friends come here almost everyday after a long day at school. And this guy always makes an effort to make us feel welcome. There was a time my friend had his legs on the table, and he came over and was like “remove your legs please” if we were goons we’d take offense to this. But we were filled with nothing but respect for this man. Because this man stands on business. He doesn’t put up with tomfoolery like that. I don’t yet know his name but he can speak Spanish that’s all I know. Whoever is the boss of this man, PLEASE award him to the best of your ability. Because he deserves it.
