Apparently the tracker was not working, so I had to call the store that is the only way I found out my food was ready. My food was cold and worse by the time I got home. You could have call to let me know it was ready.

Usually, the pizza is really good here. One time this year, it was a bit under cooked but it was a younger staff. The older staff thats usually their on the weekends, do a great job amd are friendly. Overall, a good pj location.
This Papa John's has always been so consistent in quality. Tonight, Big Mike saved me. Prior to tonight, I'm certain Mike wasn't paid what he deserves. Tonight, he delivered a pizza that I drunkenly ordered as 'pick up'. Not only did he check on me, he helped clear up MY mistake just because he's a good manager. He's the reason I will come back again, as not only was the pizza perfect, I feel I can trust papa John's to always deliver, regardless. Thanks, Mike. Really appreciate it
