I just came to order a drink and this short woman that was helping me through the drive-through had a really bad attitude since taking my order and trying to pay, that I just went ahead and cancel my order. I’m not sure if she’s having a bad day but doesn’t allow you to take your anger with people that have not done anything to you, who ever is in charge of this location needs to check employees, your loosing customers because of this bad behavior.

You would think that a place that is so expensive would want to give the customer a great experience. Just got a hot chocolate and it had coffee in it. Asked for a credit and they would not give a credit over the phone. WON'T BE BACK!!

Get a new manager. Talks down to his baristas to work harder when they are slammed then sits in the lobby on his computer. I've witnessed this a few times. Last time I was there he was sitting in the lobby, again they were slammed. When I was leaving, I noticed him walking around the parking lot on the phone. The service has gone down hill. The employees don't seem happy and are not as friendly as they used to be.

Hi I usually really love this location, I did a mobile order for a hot matcha, it came out iced, they quickly and kindly said they’d remake it and would even let me have the wrong order (I didn’t take it but I thought that was a kind offer). However when they remade the drink it wasn’t made with the right milk, I ordered it with the protein milk which does cost extra, there was no SF vanilla and I will leave a photo linked off what the inside of the cup looked like it was a lot worse I tried to drink through the clumps.
I hate complaining especially when they were so kind hence why I kept it three stars. I just felt like maybe the barista needed some more experience just with so many things wrong the second go around I hope it wasn’t because I asked for them to remake it hot🙈
In the photo you can see the clumps, I drank through a lot of them but yeah kinda disappointing when youre paying so much especially for the protien❤️

I’m pretty upset. I ordered a regular chai through the drive-thru with pumpkin cold foam. The cashier switched it to a pumpkin chai. I know I added the foam but changing it to pumpkin flavored chai changes the flavor of the drink a lot. I wish I just went to a different location. I’ve never been to this one before and typically go to Layton but I just moved. I’m pretty disappointed and regret tipping when my order wasn’t specifically what I wanted. I make coffee at home to save and just wanted to treat myself.

Nice location but it’s no falcon hill. They almost always prioritize the drive through too heavily if they’re busy. The drinks were good, well made. My issue was one of the double smoke sandwiches I ordered had no bacon on it and they were both kinda dry and bland.

Joining the plethora of people who stopped coming to this location, or Starbucks in general because the company policy of giving us half a drink when we ask for no ice, when it already stopped being worth paying for the full drink. It's highway robbery at this point.
I have been here just a few times and every time has been a joke employees are rude and my drinks are always watered down. I now go out of my way to the clearfield starbucks I find them much more welcoming and my drinks are spot on maybe you should ask them how its done?

Good Morning! Got myself a delicious Caramel Macchiato today. It was delicious and the guy in drive thru was friendly. Can I pls make a suggestion. Can we please fill the cup? This is my coffee from this morning. Not a sip was drunk. Im giving two stars because of this. I hope it was an oversight and won't happen again.
This location is doing the no ice = half your drink is missing. Some of the staff is nice, but it's always a gamble. You can tell when they don't want you there. Not worth coming back here after the no ice policy.
This experience was extremely disappointing. I had a meeting with my realtor, and we were told that if we weren’t purchasing anything, we had to leave—so we did. The lobby was completely empty at the time, yet we were still asked to leave.
I buy coffee every day and often come to Starbucks for small meetings, usually making a purchase depending on the time of day. Today’s meeting happened right after lunch, and neither of us felt like having coffee. Still, we were asked to leave.
Unbelievable. I won’t be coming here for meetings again, and I won’t be buying coffee from this location in the future.
