I’m a frequent customer at Starbucks - Venti hot white mocha, no whip, with an extra shot and if I’m lucky enough to have Tristan or Liv at the drive thru, I don’t need to tell them what I’m ordering! They’re the reason I’m reviewing this Starbucks. Tristan and Liv are ABSOLUTELY the politest, outgoing, friendliest Starbucks employees I have ever met. They always take the time to chat with me and ask about my day, they’re always pleasant to visit with and they keep me coming back to this location even if I have to go out of the way. Although I haven’t chatted with your other employees, they too are always very pleasant! Please don’t let these employees get away! Give them a raise, benefits, etc. - it’s employees like them that keep customers coming back!
So, I’d like to say THANK YOU - Tristan and Liv for ALWAYS being so kind and ALWAYS doing such a great job, this old lady truly appreciates it!

Maybe I’m just dramatic lol but this location consistently screws up my drink and my food seems to always be a mess like this. Last time I went they messed up my drink, noticed it, made me a new one. Then when I left and started drinking it I realized it was still completely wrong. Only reason I’m posting the review is for the location manager to get this feedback as I am a regular customer at the location.

We visited Utah from Northern California for a week (don't worry, we are not moving to Utah ;) and went to this Starbucks every day. It was consistently good. Unlike all the Starbucks where we live in Northern California, the drinks were always made right and tasted how they should taste.

Ordered from DoorDash. They gave me the wrong size. No ice. And forgot the flavor as well. Totally ruined my large coffee. Then they argued with me when I called about it.

The shift manager that works today Saturday April 27 at 8 am was so immature and rude. I asked for more sweet foam because my macha with no ice looked flat they went ahead and put more. I drove to work and began to drink it but it was flat not foamy. I called back and talked to the supervisor that by the way refused to give me her name because she felt threatened. Really? She said that because I asked with no ice the foam went to the button. Not true I buy machas on a daily basis and usually they are great and foamy every time I ask with out any ice. So She refused to make it right..she said I was wrong every time I told her that machas without any ice do not cause the sweet foam to fall to the bottom of the drink. She mentioned that if the drink sits the sweet foam begins to basically go towards the bottom of the drink. I then asked so it was indeed just sitting there for a while, perhaps this drink was made for someone else before me? She was offfffeeended, it seemed, as she continued to say that my drink es made when I ordered it. That No ice drinks will cause the sweet foam to basically vanish to the bottom.

I kept correcting her by telling her she is wrong by telling me, ( someone who drink MACHAS on Daily basis) that a Flat macha is normal when it is no ice (Basically).

She said she was the shift Supervisor yet she went to ask someone else wether she could make me another Macha- she came back with an attitude saying she couldn’t, they couldn’t offer me a replacement) Hello, she is the “Supervisor”, who is she asking for permission?

Her words, “ your order was made right, it was made the way you wanted it”! Heck no it wasn’t, it was like drinking a Soda without carbonation!

My cup of lemonade was filled to the lid with ice. The lemonade was gone with 4 sips. Not exaggerating. Picture included. I pointed this out to employee and asked if this was a normal serving. She said yes, but said she could add a little more for me. So, I drank my 2 additional sips and it was again empty of lemonade.

I so grateful. There are kids in China who get no ice with their 4 sips of lemonade. Well done, Syracuse Starbucks. Oustanding.

I'd give them -0 their staff is super rude I honestly try to avoid this location bc first time I was there they ignored us in the drive through so we had to go inside after I placed my order I was given one of my drinks wrong and the guy helping me rudely threw the drink to the sink.Today I gave it another try since it's on my way home and after getting my drinks at the window I noticed again they messed up my order and I told the guy and he just closed the window and didn't fix the mistake. I didn't feel like going inside so just left their store but I'm never going back. What a terrible service!Take your businesses to the one in Layton or the one inside Smiths in West Point.
