This experience was extremely disappointing. I had a meeting with my realtor, and we were told that if we weren’t purchasing anything, we had to leave—so we did. The lobby was completely empty at the time, yet we were still asked to leave.
I buy coffee every day and often come to Starbucks for small meetings, usually making a purchase depending on the time of day. Today’s meeting happened right after lunch, and neither of us felt like having coffee. Still, we were asked to leave.
Unbelievable. I won’t be coming here for meetings again, and I won’t be buying coffee from this location in the future.

Ordered a venti shaken espresso with hardly any coffee in it as ice was filled to the brim. It was maybe 4 sips before it was gone. Super disappointing as it's not cheap. Also was not given our drinks after walking in for about 20 mins despite 7 workers behind the counter, 6 prioritizing drive thru and one doing doordash. Was shocked it took that long with that many workers. Very under impressed, will not be back to this location.

I simply order a pike and water. This particular starbucks has always served me a fresh hot cup of coffee. I appreciate the atmosphere that feels welcoming. And it feels clean and tidy.

This location sucks! The people here don't give a shit about you as a customer walking in. I don't get a greeting, a hello, I usually have to stand at the counter at least a couple minutes before I even get acknowledged. The bldg seems nice, very loud but decent. The staff they hired, and I assume the management all falls into 1 category if you ask me. I am usually getting a coffee for my wife and will drive to Smiths in West Point just to avoid these people. They deserve less than 10/hr for what they do. I know everyone wants to talk about a living wage and all that but to me the service needs to improve before people like me that work my ass off at my job respect the blue hair movement.

I’m a frequent customer at Starbucks - Venti hot white mocha, no whip, with an extra shot and if I’m lucky enough to have Tristan or Liv at the drive thru, I don’t need to tell them what I’m ordering! They’re the reason I’m reviewing this Starbucks. Tristan and Liv are ABSOLUTELY the politest, outgoing, friendliest Starbucks employees I have ever met. They always take the time to chat with me and ask about my day, they’re always pleasant to visit with and they keep me coming back to this location even if I have to go out of the way. Although I haven’t chatted with your other employees, they too are always very pleasant! Please don’t let these employees get away! Give them a raise, benefits, etc. - it’s employees like them that keep customers coming back! So, I’d like to say THANK YOU - Tristan and Liv for ALWAYS being so kind and ALWAYS doing such a great job, this old lady truly appreciates it!
