My friend recently purchased some cookies from here. The deal was buy a dozen and get one free. Upon receiving the cookies she noticed that she was missing three of the original dozen and the “free” one. The purpose of this rant is to be cautious when purchasing from this store.

This location is going to be my new go-to for dirty sodas, the girl who took my order was so sweet and so quick to get me help without judgement, i was having a hard time with my gift card and the manager was so sweet i didn’t get her name but she was a pretty blonde lady she got me the help i needed! it was actually my first time there and the staff was so welcoming.

My family is such a fan of twisted sugar. We had a special event coming up and I ordered 2 dozen of the smaller cookies… vanilla and cotton candy flavored. They turned out perfect and the customer service was over the top! We are so happy with our purchase and will definitely continue to be customers!

I've recently had a couple of concerning issues here. The first is due to not being able to see the prices of anything. If they are displayed I can't see them anywhere. So today when I ordered the price seemed higher than I thought it should be so I attempted ordering the same things in line at the same location and guess what, the price was lower (this was not due to tax). So I do don't know if the employee added a tip for herself or charged me incorrectly but typically they turn the iPad around so I can select a tip amount. This didn't happen today. Seems suspicious.The second experience was partially my fault since I didn't check my order one time and left short some cookies, we went back within 5 minutes and unfortunately were made to purchase the cookies again. I understand mistakes happen but I'll definitely be more vigilant in the future and ask for the prices of things since I can't see them.

I love this twisted sugar location, they are so friendly! My favorite cookie is the cookie butter one, but all of their cookies are delicious. I also really like their drink options and never forget to hold the ice when I ask!
