I cannot believe how badly this particular Wendy’s is managed. They are constantly out of supplies, under serve, and the amount of cold i have been given over the years is infuriating. I would avoid this place.

We get food here every once out of convenience due to location but try and avoid it. The app allows you to place an order to pick up inside but they will randomly close the lobby. No explanation, no signs, just closed. Today was pretty bad, we tried to go pick up our order but lobby was closed for no reason, by the time we got back in the car to go through the drive through, three cars got ahead of us in the drive through, unfortunately, since we had already placed the mobile order we have no other option than to wait in line for our food . Took 20 plus minutes, when we got to the window there are like 4 teens running the register. Why do you need 4 people at the register if the lobby is closed?

I came to this Wendy’s and ordered a kids meal because I had a coupon for 1.99 kids meal. I gave the coupon to the cashier and they didn’t even apply it to my bill on purpose... I called them and told them they said I would have to come back same day to have them just make up the difference . Why is it my fault I have to waste more of my time and gas driving back because the cashier chose not to enter in my coupon for some reason ?!

Young girl with dark hair. Horrible attitude running that drive through !!! My kids like to come here on Wednesdays....the food is good & service is usually good too. The young girl taking the order through the drive-thru today was incredibly rude, and when I asked what the Krabby Patty meat was, she huffed and said I don't know. You should definitely get her training or have someone else taking orders.

Placed a mobile to go order, arrived at the restaurant approximately 6:30 pm to find the doors locked. Drive through line was wrapped around the building. We called the restaurant and explained that we had placed a mobile order and that the doors were locked, we were told we had to wait in the drive through line to pick it up and that they couldn't unlock the doors to give it to us. We watched staff unlock the door and hand orders to multiple Door Dash drivers. We waited about 45 minutes in line to pick up our food.

In the restaurant they say that the living room is open until 10:00, I come at 8:00 pm and it is locked so that customers do not enter and only go to the dry tru. What a terrible restaurant

What a joke this place never has any thing you order your food they they say how much it is then nope we are sorry we are out ... are you kidding me at lease with Macdonalds we can expect there ice cream machine to not be working

11-1-24 well I guess 3 years later this store still can’t pack your whole order in the bag so what do you do… reorder the missing items and yep you guessed it still missing items. like how hard is it to bag food find somewhere else to get your food from

Horrible Wendy’s location. Rude employees and order is never right. Been here about 5 times now and every time something has been wrong and have had missing items. Food is always cold as well.
