We went through the drive-thru. The lady serving us started with a bad attitude and sounded like she didn'twant us there. We were the only people in the drive-thru and they asked us to pull forward past the serving window. We said that we were the only people there and didn't see a need to. They said that they have to meet their time. She kept arguing with us so we just pulled forward. When she brought our food out she stood as far away as possible and had to lean to give us our food.

Idk how you run out roast beef on a Monday night. Just trying to pick up dinner for a sick spouse with a coupon and the only option is roast beef on the coupon. Are service workers just incompetent these days? I swear it's like a plague going around to absolutely everywhere. I'm honestly all for automation of these jobs these days.

The service at this place is horrible, it's disgusting, and you have to wait up to half an hour for a DoorDash order. In the afternoons, there's a red-haired guy who is super despotic and rude.
Their $4 six piece nuggets are shriveled to being the same size or smaller than McDonald’s chicken nuggets that are $5 for 10. Not worth it here.

I almost drove off after ordering and should have. The kid taking my order clearly didn't want to be there and was extremely rude. I'm very cautious taking food from less than motivated employees and almost drove away after ordering but paid and waited. Apparently the staffs terrible attitude prevented him from completely fulfilling my order as a third of it was missing. I almost never go anywhere fast food any more, I feel as customers we are just cheap and our numbers far outweigh their need to provide service or consistency.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple of regular roast beef sandwiches and a couple of chicken sandwiches. They pulled me forward in order to cook the chicken. I knew this when ordering because they told me as I ordered it would be a 5 minute wait to cook the chicken. So here is where it makes me laugh! I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and was told it would be a 5 minute wait. When I received my order, one chicken sandwich was so hot it would have burnt your mouth. The other was warm at best! Come on, guys, a little common sense here. If you're going to pull a car to wait on 1 fresh chicken, why not give them 2 fresh chicken? Also, there are so many packets of sauce, I think the sauce packets weighed more than the 4 sandwiches. SMH

They close at 12:00 but out of roast beef at 10:20 had to go to Carl's Jr to get food of course corporate doesn't care about a fan at 49 years old and remember Arby's since I was like 5 years old
