I was waiting in the Drive-Thru for my order a car in front of me gets their stuff. And flags down and an employee or manager whoever it was. And sits there and talk to them for over 10 minutes. This is not right at all and if you want to talk to somebody go have them Park in a parking spot in the parking lot. Do not talk to them when you know we have an order behind them.

Don't order through any delivery service, they can't get the orders correct. Twice in one week I ordered through Doordash & both times the order was wrong. And the orders took 30 minutes to deliver because the dasher waited 20 minutes for the wrong food! Terrible experiences!

I am glad that Arby's has potato cakes back on their menu. The staff was cleaning the lamp shades while we were dining - the one that was cleaned and shined looked really good.
Mack was a bright spot in an otherwise tough day. Her friendliness put a much needed smile on my face.

Cashier seamed bord when receiving the order. Specifically told them no onion twice as I am deathly allergic. Food came out with onion. When brought to the cashiers attention they didn't seam to care. Manager also got an attitude when it was brought to her attention. Doubtful that I will be back to that location.
The food alright, although nothing impressive. It gets the job done. The staff is nice, but not over-the-top. They do their job, and the restaurant is pretty clean.

I don't get the negative reviews for the Taylorsville location, I've always had exceptional service here. I usually come during lunch, so maybe the later hours are different, but my food is always hot, and the service impeccable.I've never been to any other fast food location with this level of service. They're doing something right.
