Edit: I still like my Carl's. It's nearly across from where I live so very convenient. Today I went through the drive thru again and told Miguel of the situation. He apologized and gave me a free burger.... with a patty. The 2 star review is still valid for how the franchise reacted ( meaning nothing), but I mainly wanted to thank Miguel.
Went through the drive thru and ordered a burger. Got home and there was no burger patty. Called the franchise and left a message. No response. Called a number of times. Nothing. Very disappointed. That is not the way to run a business. Beyond that, there's an employee at the drive thru that barely grunts when he talks. Really?! There's a couple others who work there that are very nice, but that guy has to go!

I spent my last dollar on a chicken tender meal here, hoping for fresh, hand-breaded tenders. I used to really like these tenders and looked forward to them, but instead I got the most disgusting, oldest, and least breaded tenders I’ve ever had. As a broke college student, this was a huge letdown. To make things worse, the cashier didn’t even give me a receipt, so I couldn’t go back to complain. I’m so disappointed.

I found the general manager to be very dismissive and rude. We had asked to add to our order and he gave us an attitude and said he won’t add to our order since there were other cars behind us when he simply could have added the order and asked us to pull up and wait. Went through the drive thru to pick up dinner from this location. Could barely hear the guy talking through the speaker. When I pulled up to the window, he was still talking very faintly so I asked again to make sure my drink order had lite ice and asked for a drink holder. He seemed to be on drugs or something from gauging his weird behavior . . .
He tried to pass me one of my drinks and I told him *again* I needed a drink holder because there was no room in my car. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about but finally put my drinks in a holder, however, he didn't fully set it in so one of the drinks almost fell out, but luckily I caught it. A short while later he gave me my food and when I asked for fry sauce, he said they were 'completely out' (poor ordering skills), smh. I asked for ketchup instead, and he seemed so put out, he just dropped the packets in my hand while dropping several on the ground. I asked for his name and the manager's name, and he told me his name was 'Greg' and that he was the manager. (I also realized that my drink had a ton of ice in it when I got home, after I specifically asked for *lite* ice and thought it was really weird that the lid on the cup was from another restaurant). Tried to take a picture of him, but he hurried away right after I asked for his name, so I just got the back of him.
I'm just baffled how you can hire incompetent, lazy 'managers' who don't care about their customers or their work. Terrible attitude and customer service at this location. It's also very concerning that this 'manager' seemed to be under the influence of something. Will not be coming back here.

Orders constantly wrong, night service is horrendous, zero personality. Last time I went, the shake I ordered was completely melted like it had been sitting out for an hour. I can't believe they served that to me like that, it was completey liquid. Guy at the window just looked at me and walked in back when I knocked on the window and pointed to the shake. He knew and didn't care. I'm going to stop coming to this location, they have had way too many chances to make things right.

When getting fast food at Carl’s Jr Are you wanting Kind service with a genuine smile and respect to boot ? Me too! Say no more ? I am happy to report that I found it in Taylorsville at 5595 South Redwood Road ?The server was Evelyn M. I have some allergies she made the substitution without a problem .Evelyn M Aslo at the window made sure to use her head set and check on another request I had and assured me it would be done… And while eating my Bacon Beast Double CheeseBurger it was true And the Burger was fantastic! Mind you this was all with kindness and smiles to boot ?Not my typical experience … ( I have been served cold burgers not made as I needed for my allergies from the Carl’s Jr. in West Jordan on Redwood Rd at about 8990 S And been laughed at, treated overall unkindly … I went back to give a second chance only to be treated even worse… I refuse to go there again … this is why I am even doing reviews now! ) Evelyn M was so wonderful in every way in her service ?to me… today! They have very bad service and they take an eternity to deliver the orders, this morning I went to use this coupon and I waited more than 10 minutes in drive tru for them to take my order, after another 5 minutes waiting at the window the service man told me that they did not have that hamburger to give it to me, he was very rude and said that it was not his problem, that he could not do anything to help me, and I told him that I waited more than 15 minutes for nothing, terrible service, they have good food if they improve their customer service they would have more sales.
