Asked for a deluxe to go got down the road after eating fries pulled sandwiche out started eating and realized it was just a spicy o well not a fan but disappointed

I just wanted to take a moment and recognise Athena. I worked a long shift outside in the cold & snow today and I got a note saying I got a “We Luv U Treat” ?

It made me so happy and there was an extra cookie in my bag! Are you kidding?!? That was the most thoughtful thing anyone has done for me in weeks.

Thank you Chick-Fil-A for hiring Athena.

And thank you Athena for being kind to a stranger who was EXTRA grateful for someone like you.

I hope you MGMT does something special to recognise you for doing little things to make people’s lives better ?

Sharron was fabulous!!! Knowledgeable, engaging, kept a clean lobby and a smile on her face! Decorations were cute for Halloween and the kids area was clean and well taken care of. Food was DELICIOUS! I just wish that the employees had a better space to get ready for their shift. They take such good care of customers and they get a folding wall in the corner.

Ordering here is very smooth and it goes pretty fast. Especially if you don't know what you want they are very patient with you.
One of my favorite dishes is the Mac and cheese in the waffle fries.

This is my go to Chickfala, tonight I went there 10 minutes before close and I absolutely hate doing that but the person at the window was the nicest human alive. His name was Henry and we talked about different food combos for three minutes. He absolutely made my night with just his kindness and willingness to have a conversation. You guys should give Henry a cookie too!

Dropped a star due to slow service. Food as expected!

The owner is a Christian and is closed on Sundays. There is employee training for new employees. I feel that the employees here are very happy. The employees are very proactive and greet, clean up and care for the diners.

This is why fastfood is losing business. Order ahead but they won't start your order till you arrive. 15 minutes sitting here waiting for my food.... FAST food is supposed to be fast. I could have gotten faster service and more food for the same cost at a sit down chain.

I just had to write review because none of my closest ppl would care abt the experience I had today sadly, lol. Anyways, the service was TOP NOTCH. I left that drive-thru as the happiest person alive. I wish I got everyone’s names besides Henryyy but the staff went beyond their pay grade with their energy and genuine customer service. And it made the food 10x better. The food is always good but today hit a lil different ?. Thank you for making a random girl’s night!

Yesterday went through the drive thru for breakfast at 10:28 am and there was 1 car in front of me when it was my turn to order it was 10:30 am and the guy switched then menu I asked if I could still get breakfast I was told "No" I know other fast foods will let you still order breakfast on what is left.

Chick-fil-A is a newer fast food chain for me since I never had one near me till now. The difference between here and other fast food places is drastic. So far, I've never had a negative experience with employees or the food. In terms of chain fast food, the food doesn't feel as greasy as others and overall tastes more real. If you like chicken, this is where I would go every time I needed something quick.
