This was the finest dining experience at a Chipotle that I’ve ever had. The restaurant was immaculate! It was clean in the lobby and in the kitchen and on the food line. The food was fresh and looked as if it was cooked to perfection. I arrived after lunch, around 1:30 pm. After I ate my food, I asked for a tortilla And the staff washed their hands thoroughly. This place is CLEAN!
The food was delicious! Thank you to the manager Hector and their team Rosy and Eden and the others behind the scenes for providing a positive experience.
I read some of the reviews on portion sizes and I encourage people to communicate what they want with the person serving their food.
If I want more food, I just ask. In the past, I have never been charged for extra rice, beans, grilled veggies, vinaigrette dressing, lime or lemon wedges, salsas, lettuce, sour cream and cheese. It’s when I add additional meat, queso, guacamole, drinks , chips and tortillas, that I would get charged extra. But if it’s a Vegeterian bowl, and not soffritas, then the guacamole has been included in the price of the Veggy bowl.
I can get up to several pounds of food in a single bowl for under $10 (before tax) without being charged an additional fee. I’ve noticed even some of the smaller bowls with fewer ingredients can provide more food in grams, compared to many other restaurants and fast food chains for the same price or higher.
I prefer to dine in, that way I can watch as they build it and make requests to tailor it to my liking.

I've never been to a Chipotle until they opened this one here. Today I went in to get my usual order of tacos. Since I've been going here, they've always asked if I wanted rice or beans on my tacos before putting on the meat.
Today the man with the tattoo on his arm and who is the manager, skipped that and went right to putting on the meat. I asked him to put rice as I've been there over 30+ times and had various employees always ask.
He then started arguing with me and saying these don't come with rice and never have. I told him every time I've been here the employees have asked. Then he started telling me authentic tacos and taco stands don't put rice on their tacos. I told him I'm not debating what authentic tacos are but since I've been here over 30+ times every time I was offered rice and the employees other than him gladly did it.
He finally put some tiny scoops of rice on my tacos but was a jerk about it. As someone who worked in the food industry for years this was one of the worst customer service I've seen, especially coming from a manager. Arguing with customers and then try to act like they are lying is one of the worst things you can do.
As mentioned in other reviews, this manager has been mentioned for having an attitude. I don't know how he landed this job. What a dumb way to lose a loyal customer. I won't be going back.

Absolutely disgusting carne that’s just fat chips and queso and a drink 25 dollars I got tacos and asked for easy beans and she put a whole spoon full on each taco like it was for a burrito experience felt very rushed too like the lady wanted me out asap the guy was cool and could at least be bothered to listen to my requests

Went in around 8:30 pm for 2 bowls. Saw there wasn’t much of the honey chicken and asked the staff member if they had any more. The employee working the line was very rude, lied about there being enough and under portioned my 2nd bowl. I didn’t see any name tags but he had a tattoo on his right forearm. Might have been the manager considering how confident he was about being rude to a paying customer.
Hopefully corporate monitors these reviews. I like chipotle but I will never be coming back to this location and advising everyone I know to avoid chipotle. Good food is never worth a terrible experience. Would give zero stars if I could.

Disgusting. Ordered 2 steak burritos and took them home for the wife and me. With the guacamole it was $30.91. A little ridiculous but the bad part was the so called steak. Nothing but gristle and fat. Had the dogs not eaten it I probably would have driven back up there for a refund. Beautiful place, clean, what a shame. I won’t be back

Today I came to chipotle for lunch as I work right down the street, and I have rewards from chipotle and I thought it would be great to use that to get a free entrée - Considering I come here a lot as it is convenient and I like to get rewards for it. I got a salad and the lady was putting the salad mixture in a bowl, The guy at the front told her, “less, less”… In my professional opinion, I feel like they are Not giving full amounts of food to their customers. My past experience here has been nothing but great but this one specific one kinda threw me off. Please try to do right by your customers and ensure they are getting the best service possible.
