I love Domino's! It's my go to when I am not feeling like cooking for myself. My favorite combo is the Garlic Parmesan Bites, Cinnamon Twists, and Meat Pizza. This location is on the smaller side, they have two benches you can sit on while you wait, and they are usually pretty quick with getting your order out to you, you can either do a curbside pick up or have it delivered which is efficient. I think the weekends are a bit longer of a wait due to the high amount of orders but each employee does there part to get it out in time.
Worst service ever. The person who took my order had the worst attitude and it looked like he didn’t wanna take my order or didn’t want to work and his name is also Cesar

The front counter little boy…. Does not understand English…. He cannot help you….. he gave us the wrong order and all he kept saying.. was sorry jr didn’t take any accountability to make it right or attempted to help… he SHOULD be fired… you will be scammed if you work with him

I spoke with Antoinnette for about an hour, and unfortunately, the conversation was very frustrating. I felt there was a lack of honesty and accountability. As a manager, simply saying “sorry” without taking real action doesn’t help, and it makes me question the standards of this company.
The customer service experience has been disappointing, and it seems like the staff isn’t concerned about losing customers. Honestly, trying to get issues resolved here feels like a waste of time and money.
P.S. I recommend reading some of the other reviews—they reflect similar concerns.

Wouldn't take my order until after they pushed me aside for a door dash delivery person, the delivery person was upset as well. Burnt the food, and didn't get the order right after attempting to order 3 times while having to repeat myself. Two pizzas for over 40$ and crap service. Don't go here.

This location of Domino's Pizza has really impressed me over the past few months. I have been disappointed in Domino's in recent years. However, this location has shined and I have been ordering from them again.
The delivery orders have been fresh, not over-cooked or dry. Since this has been I nice turnaround, I felt it was worthing of recognizing.

The coupon specials are only available if you order with their app. Their app wasn't working, would let you choose the pizza coupon but wouldn't let you choose toppings. I took photographic proof of this to the store on 5400 s. 1700 w. Taylorsville, explained this to the ugly redheaded girl working there who replied with a smile showing she couldn't care less "unfortunately I'm going to have to charge you full price". Their pizzas aren't worth the full price. What a scam. Fortunately Pizza Hut coupons work.

They don't put extra sauce even though we order it. They only gave us THREE crushed red peppers packets. That's one packet per person. We ordered two pizzas. I don't think they gave us enough crushed red pepper. The parmesan bites are really good though. It was good overall. That's why we return ultimately.

We ordered 2 pizzas, 1 cheese thin crust and 1 pepperoni regular crust. 3 sauces. The cheese pizza was burnt and not good at all. The pepperoni was ok. So disappointed and paying 45.00$ for 2 pizzas was just crazy.

I love how easy it is to order using Dominos online ordering system. It is user friendly and makes things like pizzas with toppings on one half or extra sauce (not just extra cheese) easy to request. I also think they're $6.99 and Up deal is a great value. I like Pizza Hut as well but Dominos is just a better and easier ordering experience. Well done, Dominos!
