We love going to Dutch bros, but the one in Taylorsville is the worst one you can go to. The people there are so stingy and rude. I can go get the same drink at the west valley location and get a drink served 10x better. Every time I’ve been they do something wrong and when asked to change it they want to charge you when it was their mistake. THATS RIDICULOUS. Get a better staff!!

I come here almost every morning for my coffee. I payed for my drink. At the window I was given a small drink, and when I kindly told the girl that I had asked for a medium, all she did was take the drink, poor it to a medium cup and added JUST ICE. I was truly disappointed with the way I was treated, I won’t be coming back to this location

The whole time I was making an order the worker kept interrupting and rushing me. But after I paid, I was picking a tip option and she didn’t let me press confirm, like immediately turned away. It honestly kind of made me mad because who knows if she would’ve put whatever tip she wanted. Honestly the drink was great like I go here often, this particular day of service was rough though.

PRICE INCREASE I’m genuinely upset and disappointed by the sudden price increase—with no prior notice. Many of my friends and I had moved away from Starbucks due to their high prices, and Dutch Bros was our new go-to. But now, you've raised prices too, and there's no longer a reason to stay loyal.
What makes this worse is the lack of transparency. I waited in line, placed my usual order, and only at the window was I informed the price had increased by over a dollar. That’s incredibly frustrating and feels unfair. I left feeling sad and disheartened.
At this point, I’ll likely return to Starbucks or switch to Beans & Brews. The trust I had in Dutch Bros is shaken, and unless something changes, I won’t be coming back.
