After moving all day, our family decided Chinese sounded good! WRONG!!!! While ordering, we had to repeat our card# 3 times, the total on the phone was $40-ish. It arrived 30 minutes late, and cold. And upon further notice, they doubled half our order, (which was still wrong) and charged us for it. The other half of the order didn’t even come, So we paid $80+ for food we didn’t get / didn’t need! We called them letting them know about the mistake and double charge, they then asked us to either bring back the food to get a refund or hold it in the fridge for 2 days (they’re closed Sunday’s) and bring it in with the receipt to get our money back on Monday! We asked them to send the delivery driver back and get it and bring the other half we ordered and didn’t get! Matthew is who we spoke with over the phone, and to be honest we were disgusted at the fact that he asked us to hold onto the food for 2 days! What are you going to do with it after 2 days? Re-serve it to your customers? After that comment, the food we DID have, all of a sudden was not looking so good to us… 0/10 recommend this place, the food, the employees, and the service are scetchy!

Ordered lemon chicken, got fried chicken nuggets (like when get sweet and sour chicken) with lemon sauce on side. Really no lemon flavor and why wasn't it cooked with the chicken or to marinate it some?Just another ' not really Chinese ' joint or they just learned to cater to the bland Utan palette. Ugh, it's like no spice, no flavor in this state or at this imitation Chinese restaurant. Sorry, but step it up because this meal was not even a one hit wonder. Do not recommend eating here.

The chicken with plum sauce is amazing. So good. It so nice to get such a great meal of chicken, rice and and egg roll for only around $8.

Decided to try Hunan Express for dinner since it’s close by… I definitely won’t do that again. The lady who answered my call to take my order was not the nicest. I get there and sign a receipt that shows on amount and literally immediately I checked my card to see how much $ I had after buying dinner and they charged my card a different amount then what I signed for on the receipt. I bring my dinner home, I’m missing food and honestly one of the chicken entrees I got, not sure which one but it tastes like RUBBER ?I will go elsewhere next time!

The cashier rolled her eyes when we asked for hot sauce, the chicken tasted old, everything else was fine but I will keep looking for another asian restaurant that gives better

Oh man this place is 0/10I really went with an open mind, didn’t even look at the reviews. When I go do reviews I look at the menu and go and do my own review without anyone’s influence.Ordered by phone:Honey Walnut Shrimp - which the dough was not cooked all the way. It was super thick and super greasy not cooked all the way. It was missing the sauce as you can see from this picture.Beef lo men - had barely any beef a lot of vegetables and the been was chewy - which tells me it’s old meat.I took a few bites of each plate and threw them away - there goes $26.00 I’ll never get back. It’s unfortunate I like supporting local restaurants but they also have to do their part. This place was a busy first & last time.

First off I appreciate that they were open on Christmas day. There were no other eating establishments open. With that being said I ordered lemon chicken And they said 10 minutes. I got their right as they were wrapping it up and took a straight home. Open it up and because they do not put the sauce on the side the fried chicken was completely soggy with the lemon sauce. To the point where I ate 1 piece and ended up throwing it away and only eating the egg roll. Why don't Chinese restaurants put the sauce on the side when you're ordering fried chicken? I was super excited to actually find a restaurant that was open on Christmas Day but it was a waste of $10 as the food was inedible. If this was my first time ordering from the establishment I would never ever go back, but luckily I've eaten there numerous times so I know how good the food is when you ask for the sauce on the side. I put this on me for not specifically asking for sauce on the side so it's my bad but the rating reflects the absolutely inedible soggy chicken that I had received.

Use to love this place until the parents retired now it doesn't taste the same . At least make the cashew chicken the old way again .

Ordered food from them through Uber eats. Unfortunately, the restaurant insists on using their own delivery people - and who knows if they even have any. I waited for over an hour and a half with no food, and no answer when I called the restaurant several times. Eventually they directed the calls to fax machine, lol. Way to do business, Hunan Express! By the way, they are like 5 or 10 min from my house.

Shame how things have changed since covid. The dining room is no longer available for dining. Apparently it's the storage area for boxes etc. I was desiring a great Wonton Soup. So I placed the order. I hear the microwave in the kitchen being used. Moments later my "soup" is given to me to take home. I go home the "soup" is over-run with carrot, cucumber, and at the bottom were weird meatball looking wonton. NOT WHAT I WANTED. I will not waste my time, money, or hunger here.

I ordered several menu items over a few meals and I have had mixed luck. The potstickers were good, the orange chicken was either good or just okay, but the prices are very good overall. I also thought the wings were good too, but the wontons were basically just the fried part and a super small amount of meat.
