They DESPARATELY need more chairs. There are only 4 chairs in total and they are all being used. I’m very pregnant and it’s difficult to stand while waiting for my smoothie. I am also not the only person standing and waiting. Please get more indoor seating! There is plenty of space!

The cashier's service is very bad, her attitude and angry face make the experience terrible. You come to a place like this with a good face and they receive you with an angry face and they give you your food in a rude way. To make it clear, it was the girl with black hair, the one with pink hair is a little nicer (if you don't like working serving people, look for another job). I want to make it clear that this is not the first time this has happened.

I ordered from the app and it told me to pick up at a certain time.
When I walked in the building at that time, only 1 employee was to be found and he was busy making stuff. I didn't see my order sitting anywhere so after not being greeted or asked if I was ready to order or if I was picking up. I sat down, assuming that maybe he was working on my order.
After he finished he called out a name, the people sitting in there came and got their stuff, then another lady walked in, and by this time another associate had come out and greeted the one who just walked in, took her order and went about her business. While I sat and watched and waited. Still my drinks not in site to even indicate that they were done. After 10 minutes. I walked to and stood there for a good 2 minutes before I was finally acknowledged and when I told her I placed an online, she told me that he was finishing up my bowl right then. I told her I didn't have a bowl and showed her my order. She then proceeded to tell me it's my fault that I didn't tell anyone I was there for an order, said I walked in and just sat down, and I told her she wasn't even anywhere to be seen when I walked in, cause I did stand there and wait, I sat down cause I'm injured with a Brace wrapped around my knee. The app tells you to do to pick up window. There is no sign indicating pick up window. The first and only associate I saw when I walked in saw me and knew I was there.
My smoothie is pure water after the wait. Not sure when they made it but it was picked up a good 30 minutes after the order was placed, but I walked in the door at the time it told me to pick up at. I'm not thrilled at all. I was forced to pay a tip that wasn't even worth it.

The Taylorsville location looks unkept, when you first go in you can see dirt where the tables are almost every time I've gone here :/, also the customer service isn't always the most welcoming. I think if they mopped the floors everyday and tried to be a bit more kind to customers it would be an okay location. I was kind of shocked by the other reviews they have for this specific location all the other ones in the valley are well taken care of and more kind! Maybe it depends on management, I'm not sure. I can tell the people working are trying their best though and that's all that counts. Just wish it was overall a better experience when going here since it is next to so many other great spots!

Walked in and almost immediately one of the workers coughed into their hand, proceeded to wipe their mouth with a napkin, threw it away, then was going to take my order. They didn't wash their hands or have gloves on. I asked if there was a restroom I could use while thinking about whether or not I was going to order something and they said they have one but it's not accessible. Super turned off by this location, as I love Jamba Juice and have never really seen such unprofessionalism and grossness at any location I've been to but I don't think I'll be coming back to this one.

Went there this evening at 8:38 pm just to get told they couldn’t serve me because they close at nine!! Ok I understand but that’s at least 20 minutes before closing, horrible service!!

The person who made my smoothie was just gross. They didn’t wash their hands after they counted money then proceeded to scratch their behind before making my drink. Then, to put the icing on the cake, they rubbed the inside of my lid against their dirty shirt before putting it on my cup. I am never coming back to this location again. Like, what the hell dude?!

Ordered a chunky strawberry bowl the regular size and to know what I pay for this and then the bowl’s not even full is super frustrating.

Air conditioning is broken. It’s April and walking through the doors felt like walking into a furnace. It’s literally hotter inside the store than it is outside. I feel awful for these employees who have claimed the AC has been broken for 3 years working in such a hot place that makes cold delicious smoothies.
