So I went here to get drinks for my sick kids. And the lady doing dishes was like, "Welcome!" and called someone to take my order. But guess what? The person who came out was on the phone the whole time (I thought maybe it was an emergency or something and ignored it at first!) But I mean, come on, I'm paying $9 for a drink, I expect better service than that. It was totally gross, they didn't even wash their hands or anything. I'm telling you, it was like they had no respect for me as a customer. I'm thinking about calling the health department on them. What a waste of $20. Don't go here! Do better Jamba.

I ordered 2 smoothies one had a 3g energy in it. When there is extra smoothie they should put it in a cup & give it to you. We as paying customers paid for it & instead there going to just throw it away and be wasteful. It's even worse when u get supplements in them you want all of it not some of it, instead they just throw it away. It's really not ok.

They didn’t have enough fruit to do my order nd they told me after charging me plus they took 1 hour to do them the guy was swearing in front of us they don’t care how they look at all and we received everything but it was all messy fruit bowl and juices were not even looking good…

If you want to be ignored because every single employee is talking about how "john pretends to be "hard" when everyone knows he is a softy" then come here. Yes, I heard when you commented about how mad I was. How could I not be with service like that?

Went to go and get something cold, only to be greeted with a hot shop that literally had me sweating! Employees were slow and impolite, and have hair in their faces. I asked if they could put it up, and they said there’s no problem with hair going into blenders and drinks. If I find such as half a hair I’m calling corporate for a health code violation.

Horrible! The girl behind the counter had her hair down and in her face. She was so slow. She ignored in coming customers. The service with the boy she was working with with in 2 speeds. Slow and stop! Not a friendly team. Girl's hair was in her face and in the equipment. Very rude. Not a single greeting, smile or go to hell.

Today 7/24/23 at 6:46 pm I can in everything is supper clean the girls were supper sweet and nice . But my surprises was that when I opened the door it’s was hotter inside than outside. I’m sad those girls are working with no AC . I couldn’t believe it was so so hot 5 times than outside S their blood can get clot. They shouldn’t be working like that. Please do something poor girls

Super disappointed. Jamba used to be awesome. My boyfriend and I walked in a full hour before close and there was no one around. An employee came out from the back a few minutes later and said rudely; “What do you need?” I sincerely almost left because I was concerned she might spit in our food for coming in and interrupting whatever she was doing in the back. Another man peaked through the window and asked me if they were open. I said “yes” as the hours on the door stated they were, in fact, open for another hour. The employee said “The lights are off, blenders are off, but okay.” I said I was sorry as I was unaware she was not wanting to work. The man came in and she said to him “What do you need before I leave?” So rude.

Always loved coming here but this one time was a joke. WHO orders a smoothie only to be told after the order is paid for and made that there are no lids available. I would not have preferred if you would have mentioned that part at the beginning. Pathetic that you put money over customer service by leaving out that detail. Who wants to walk outside when it’s windy with an open cup? Do better. Wasted money buying 5cups
