Well I got there at 845 and I asked if they are still open and they said no we are closed online says it closes at 9 I have no problem with that fix your hours or fix your people and not let them close early. While I was about to leave 2 people walked in and made an order why and I saw them make there order and blend it .

If I didn't have someone with me I think I would have been ignored by the staff because they were in the back and couldn't see me in my wheelchair at the counter but when my father came out of the restroom he was tall enough to get their attention. Maybe they need a bell so they know when someone is at the counter and wants assistanceWheelchair accessibility: I didn't go to the restroom but up front with the counter and tables lots of room so I didn't bump into things. Employees were in the back and unable to see me at the counter,

Had a bad experience the stuff were on the phone. Was there for 20 minutes they charged me for something I didn't want and there phone call was more important then fixing the issue I will not be going there

Me and my mom stopped in at Jamba for 3 large smoothies today around 1120am. 3 customers came in and ordered after us. All 3 of those customers got their smoothies made and served first. When our smoothies were done, the girl put one of the smoothies in a large cup, then realized she didn't make enough, and poured it into a medium cup (hoping we didn't notice it wasn't large?) When I said something about it, she didn't even say 'sorry', or 'let me fix this for you ' she just turned around and started to remake the smoothie while slamming everything she touched in the process. She made me feel bad for wanting the size I paid for. She avoided eye contact, silently placed the new smoothing on the counter and promptly walked away. I said thank you, and was ignored.

I’ve came multiple times trying to give benefit of the doubt to this place. Every time I would go in there is always a young person behind the counter with a bad attitude. One time they didn’t even give me the correct drink. I understand it was 10 min before closing but there is no reason to give me my wrong drink. Another time a bunch of teens were flirting and playing around instead of working helping their co workers.

I used to love Jamba. But over the years it gotten more expensive and not authentic. For example, their orange carrot juice is now orange juice with a drop of carrot juice from a bottle at the grocery store. Where as before they would juice fresh carrots and fresh oranges. Same with a ginger shot, used to be fresh ginger and lemon! Now it comes bee bottled! So I know it’s not fresh. Now they charge more with all the added sugars and preservatives. I could list multiple drinks that are similar. Only my husband will go there occasionally, I’ve chosen to take my business elsewhere or just simply make my own.

My order was completely messed up. I wanted a strawberry smoothie without bananas I received a banana instead. The atmosphere was stark and unappealing. The service was slow and unenthusiatic.

LOVE THIS LOCATION! I feel the manager is doing a great job! It's hard working with kids these days! They always have a smile, and my smoothies taste just right! The manager is always cleaning and keeping the kids busy! Great Job!! I will be a customer for life!!

I love a good Jamba Juice been coming here since I was a kid. I almost always get the strawberries wild with daily vitamins and whey protein. I read a few of the other reviews and they weren’t the best in their opinion but as for me I had a great experience! Great customer service, quick to get my smoothie and it was clean when I went in there. They don’t have to much parking that is close and I only saw one handicap space but there’s parking a lil bit further out so I’m sure you can find a spot. So overall I have 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thanks Jamba juice for great food with a smile and it’s healthy for you!!!!!
