A co worker drove me to this location in august. I knew something was very wrong but when I got to the desk they said they couldn’t help me until I put on a mask. I have absolutely nothing against wearing a mask but told them I needed a minute because I was going to be sick, something was wrong and I needed help. They proceeded to tell me they couldn’t help me until I put on a mask. My co worker grabbed a trash can for me (because I was serious that I was going to be sick), the nurse yanked it out of my hand and gave me a bag. They finally wheeled me to the back and put me in a room. When the doctor came in, I was unable to look up and open my eyes due to insane vertigo. He said that because I couldn’t do the test they had to call 911, fine. They just left me in the room. I ended up on the floor, vomiting and trying to call for help. Eventually a nurse came in, I heard her loudly sigh, slam the door and yell down the hall in an annoyed voice “SHES ON THE FLOOR”. Once they came back in, they never once took my vitals just told me I needed to get up. I again told them something was wrong and I needed help, I was begging for help, they just kept saying I needed to get up… sorry this is long so to get to the point, it was a stroke, I was having a stroke and literally begging for help and was left on the floor.

The receptionist today was extremely rude and acted if we had completely interrupted her day. She took a personal call in the back room, however all of us in waiting room still awaiting check in heard it, all of it. I brought my daughter in due to a car accident yesterday where she was a passenger. She refused my daughter service saying Id be committing fraud by using our personal insurance instead of the drivers car insurance. I called 3 other places and all said it was up to me on what I wanted to use.
