Made a drive thru order. They made us park and wait. We waited 30min for a salad as they processed orders for 3 customers that were behind us. We asked for a refund and they gave us a hard time. They expected us to wait another 15min for the salad. The team here and their manager were rude. Would not recomment this location. Thanks for nothing Claudia. Not even an apology for the inconveniece.

If you want to go somewhere where you stand at the counter and be ignored for 20 minutes, this is the place for you! No one acknowledged anyone who walked in, just lots of Spanish speaking back and forth, then you're treated like you are imposing for picking up your mobile order. Haven't had any luck here with any type of customer service.

This was the driest chicken I think I've ever seen. To the point it tore like beef jerky and was completely inedible. Both chicken items were like this and the sprite tasted like dirty pool water.
Avoid this location. I'm actually going to try and get my money back from this failed meal.

Bunch of drama craved women here and the manager likes to start crap with her customers, she adds to the problem and does nothing to resolve it. My order always gets messed up. I should’ve known not to go here but i was only getting a mashed potato bowl for my mother and i was thinking they haven’t messed that up so i went there since it is conveniently nearby. Now, i am Never going back to this location. Been a local customer for 10 yrs, no more, bye.
I placed a to-go order that included Famous Bowls and nuggets. After driving all the way home, I discovered that the food was cold and unappetizing. Additionally, the order was missing essential items such as napkins, plastic ware, hot sauce, and sweet and sour sauce.
When I called the store to address the issue, the manager stated that because I drove off with the order, it was essentially my problem to deal with. This response was not only unhelpful but also dismissive. Furthermore, the employee I spoke to was rude, kept interrupting me, and refused to let me speak to a manager, claiming they were too busy.
This experience reflects a serious lack of care for customer satisfaction and food quality.

Every time I go to this location the price is different. I order the same item every time I go. I mean the price has gone up 5 dollars , then down to the regular price. I will not be going to kfc anymore. I feel I have being ripped off lately.

I love KFC but and order often , but not anymore lately. They ALWAYS forget my sauce for my fingers and if it’s not that it’s a large side . It becomes very annoying . Look at the order put the items together and double check . It’s really not that complicated . I’d say 9/10 times they forget an item. :/
