Service is friendly, fast, and efficient. I love to come on Tuesdays for their $20 family meal. The manager Kayden is great and has really turned the place around from a couple years ago. The shift lead Marta is also great and personable with the customers

This KFC used to be super slow & subpar. It's a lot better now. The staff is really friendly & helpful. The food is good & hot. It's KFC so it's good like you expect. The wait is minimal but I'd rather wait for food for a few minutes if it's fresh & hot. The atmosphere is good. I went there in October so it was decorated for Halloween. They went above & beyond because it was so freaking cute inside! It would've been a great place for kids with an October Bday: )

Good afternoon, yesterday at 4:30, a Chinese American gave me service and he was rude, he threw the food at me as if it were a gift. That's racism towards Latinos. I felt bad about that service. I won't go back there again.

This was my second time visiting here within the last two months. We used the drive through. The employee was so impatient and pushy. He had zero customer service skills. I got to the window and asked if I could add a an order of gravy to my order. The employee was completely put out with my request, he said that I had to go get back in line if I wanted to add anything else. Both times that we have been here, this same guy has helped us, he needs to learn patience. He doesn’t let you finish with what you are saying before he quickly says-is that all?

I went with my friend Maria and was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had at a KFC thanks to Isa she gave great service with a smile on her face.
To preface, I don’t normally eat at KFC but this location has great staff; I want to actually highlight this young woman named Isa. Isa is very hardworking and attentive. She has a great smile and has excellent customer service skills! I have never met such a sweet and friendly worker here. Thank you Isa for taking care of my order in a swift way just a few weeks ago. :)
