I’m sorry, but this was horrible. A lot of it may have seen in the delivery. It was supposed to be in person, hand to hand, and with text notification of arrival. The food arrived cold, missing soup, soy sauce; one of the drinks ordered spilled when the bag apparently was dumped at our door, soaking the sack.. all this for more than $60 bucks AND a tip for deliver on top of a delivery charge? Never again.

My family comes here a lot for dinner, and the service is always good. Our server Kevin is always amazing to us. However, I will no longer eat BBQ here. We noticed they use teflon pans, and all the pans have the coating scratched off. The scratched teflon coating is unhealthy and toxic, and until they replace the old one with new pans, I will only have hot pot from here.

The serve-yourself area was always stocked up, and the ordered food came out pretty quick!
Shout-out to our waiter Thomas! He made our stay very enjoyable!

I ordered the beef bulgogi combo meal and wow. I enjoyed it very much. The meal had a great presentation and portion. The Thai Boba tea was equally tasty.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the cost was rather high about $35 each which honestly isn't that bad. But when I looked at the restaurant and chose it, it didn't give me the right price range. So it was a way bigger bill than we were expecting LOL

I love Kpot. I’ve had it in a few different states and always a big fan. Went tonight around 8 pm, super dead great time to go. Food tonight was good, meat seemed fresh veggies were on point. Tonight, service was trash. Watched five of the servers stand by the bar and talk for what seemed like forever before dude came back and asked us about our soup so we could even start eating or ordering. The Server said when your food comes out I’ll show you how to cook the meat, never came back started cooking without him. Took 25 min to get a 5$ margarita and when he came over he said sorry the printer was out of paper but I watched him straw taste the already skimpy margarita then tell his coworker 25 min while holding a receipt . Bro honesty goes a long way. While waiting the 25 min he went and sat at a table and ate. Everyone deserves a break, but don’t yall have someone watch your table and check in on your guest while on break?? We could have figured out about not having a drink sooner. My grill started smoking and we didn’t know how to turn off or switch the grill had to bother another server at another table to help with the burning grill. Spending $188 on four people to have this service and cook your own food is crazy. I’ll try the other Kpot next time. I understand the ticket price is because all you can eat meat, but people come for the food and return for the service.

A great dining experience and Drew made us feel at home and was on top of everything we needed!

Food is alright. Can’t believe one of the workers changed our cooktop, and spilled hot oil all over my cell phone, wallet, and clothes, and then walked away without saying anything. Truly unbelievable.

For Utah standards, this is one of the better korean bbq all you can eat places.
If you like Galbi like me, just know it's not included in the lunch, just dinner.

A little frustrated with our experience. We told them it was our first time in when we got there and yet they didn’t explain anything when we got there about how things work. We ordered and started cooking our food and ate it and it had absolutely no flavor. When we were almost done we noticed a bar on the other side of the restaurant that had sauces to cook your food in. Our waiter never told us about that. She also forgot our sushi and overall everyone seemed super apathetic. We waited about 15 minutes for our check even though it wasn’t busy and the waiter knew we were done. The sides at the bar we tried were also pretty bad. The best part was the beef bulgogi which was actually quite good. The price for two of us was $75 which seemed a little crazy for the service we got. Overall I don’t think I would come back. If I had known about the sauces from the start my review may be up to a 3.5.

We have been coming to kpot for a long time and normally have a great experience but today we came in for the first time during lunch hours and were really unhappy with the service we received. Our server was not around most of the time and we ended up waiting on refills for quite a while. We also ordered sushi the first time she came to check on us and didn’t receive it until after we had paid and closed our check. By this time you could tell it had been sitting on the counter for quite awhile and it was not appetizing so we didn’t even end up eating it. We will be sticking to dinner hours from now on.

We had a great dinner! It was our first time trying hotpot and Korean BBQ and our server, Hunter, was PHENOMENAL! He explained everything to us and always made sure our table was clear, the grill was switched out, and our drinks were topped off.

It was my first time visiting. It was a GREAT experience and great food. You definitely have to try. Cook your food in the built-in table grill (everyone at table has to agree for this option), cook your soup on the table pot cooker either everyone agrees to only do the soup option or if agreed to grill option soup is optional per person. See the photo for how the table is set up.

First time getting hot pot!
Very tasty.
I lose my passion for eating as we speak.
I am very full.
Overly ambitious.
First round plenty.
Daikon and lotus flower have very good texture.
I'm greedy, I wanted more.
I pass away now.

But actually, very good spot with good service. My husband and I enjoyed it very much!
