It's hard to beat their ice cream. The brownies and cookies aren't stellar, so we usually stick to the ones without those. But the churros are nice and crunchy!

The ice cream is amazing! The other food I've tried is fine. Their burgers are good, but their fries could be better.

My boyfriend ordered the fish and chips last night.. and he got food poisoning from y’all. He had to miss work and is still pretty sick.

Leatherby’s is the ultimate ice cream paradise! Their “smalls” are massive, packed with rich, creamy goodness that’s almost too much—but so delicious you won’t stop. Great service, good food, the French dip is delicious. The churro and horchta Ice creams the best!

Good ice cream bad customer service. My brother and I went into the location for an order to go. Get home and the order was messed up, being that it was late didn't make the drive back. Went in the next evening to buy their amazing fudge and see about having them make right on the messed up order. The cashier makes the dish and tries to charge us for it. We asked for the manager and he told us the policy was that they would only do refunds same day. They then threw away the ice cream and told us there was nothing they could do and gave us the info for the store owner to complain to him. Needless to say the manager Chris Cooley could have made two loyal customers happy but instead we left displeased. It's too bad such great fudge!

Amazed by the server, Allan. I asked what type of oil they used for frying and he was able to answer my questions. I have a soy sensitivity and he was able to walk me through menu items and even double checked with the manager. Seriously soo impressed with how kind he was about it and how much effort was put into making my food safe!

What a disappointment. I order 4 ice creams to go. I receive my first ice cream after 20 min followed by another 10 min for the second cone then another 5 for the 3rd cone and another 10 for the 4th one.
By the time I get the last cone my original ice cream has melted. But oh guess what? Did not even give me any napkins or anything. Not to mention everycone was brought out by another person.

And the worst part about it was while I'm simply waiting for ice cream people who had came after me were getting there orders faster.

I love their hot fudge sundae, it's the best ever. Get extra sauce, it's worth it!
