My husband and I were craving a sweet treat and this was the only place that was open. We were very disappointed with the quality of food that we got for the price we paid. We each ordered a sundae and decided to share an order of fries. $30 for just these 3 things! We got it to go and when we got home the fries were bland and the sundaes were hardly more than vanilla ice cream with a cherry and whipped cream on top. Definitely will not be going back! I'd recommend not to waste your money on nothing more than a longstanding name.

just went and asked for brownie fudge ice cream with hot fudge on top for take out. i got praline ice cream not even close to the same thing. not only that we clarified we had one allergic to nuts. imagine if it hey messed his up like that too. not impressed.

This is an amazing family experience. Watching my 6-year old son get his over-the-top rootbeer float is something I'll remember for a long time. I got the horchata ice cream concoction with churros and caramel and it was heavenly. The burger was pretty decent as well. Fries were a little stale.

I swear the blue cheese dressing was just a blob of mayo. The salad would have been better with salad dressing. I guess I learned I’m not a big fan of mayonnaise on a chef salad. Lol, I know who goes to Leatherbys and orders salad? People that like blue cheese dressing I guess.
This has been a family favorite for quite some time and has always been an enjoyable experience. The only negative feedback I could provide is that the lines are sometimes packed, and it can become quite loud and stressful for those with disabilities or noise sensitivities.

We eat here a few times a year and it's always great food and great service even if there's a problem with an order.Kid-friendliness: They forgot my daughter's cookies so she asked our server politely to bring them. He was so impressed with her politeness that he brought her four cookies instead of two. Much respect for our server rewarding my daughter's politeness and for the restaurant that empowers employees to do so.
