I love visiting McDonald's every morning and this is the closest one to my job and I've never done a bad review but this was the worst day I've ever had at this McDonald's they looks like they're training a new employee but the employee that's training the new one was very rude and not considerate I am a customer that does orders on my app and I go through the window she denied to serve me told me I had to go all the way back around made me wait to pick up my order when I had already ordered my order like 30 minutes in advance everybody has to work and I know but I have to get to work I was late due to this inconvenience

Slow and disorganized. No cheese on my breakfast sandwich, and got coffee grinds in my coffee. Disappointing overall.

I pay extra for a large size of fries for them to barely even fill it up. This is thievery! Why pay for a large if you’re not gonna fill it up!! It happens every time at this location!
This is the second time in 2 week where I’ve had one item on my order and they’ve taken over 20 minutes to make it? And in those 2 week I had another incident where they gave me the completely wrong food.
When I was inside waiting in front of the register for my food no one seemed to care for the customers to make sure they were helped and when asked the employees just disregard everything asked.
While waiting I saw in employee walk in and flipped off their coworkers in front of the store, the people on the register I swear don’t know what they’re doing unable to help in anyway.
Please stop giving jobs to people who have no disregard for the job, literally getting paid to do nothing. I come here for my lunch and I shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes for a single item when I need to be back in 30 minutes to my job especially when the store is over staffed and there is no one inside the store?? It shouldn’t take that long nor happen this frequent

I always come to this location because it’s next door to my work and it’s an easy cheap place to go for my lunch. So I know I give them business and ive picked up on frequent patterns. Some patterns such as missing items from my bag and lazy workers. Taking a break or calming down after a rush is one thing, but sitting there on your phone and straight up ignoring everybody when there’s only two customers in the store is absurd. I have to stand and repeat myself over and over again just to get someone to look at me. And by the time they talk to me, they don’t even care enough to listen. They hear “missing” and pretty much just thrown a new item at me whether it’s the right item/size or not. I have the app because I order here so much and it’s easier to walk in and grab an already made bag than it is to order and wait. But I always end up waiting anyways no matter how early I pre order it online. I could order it an hour before my lunch or two minutes and I’m still waiting for my cold, stale, and tasteless food to be handed to me. Even after constant asking when it'll be made. And, back to the missing items, by the time I get it I have to wait again because they “forgot” something. I normally wouldn’t mind except it’s all of the time. I’m giving you my money and you’re giving me nothing in return. With how many “forgotten” items ive dealt with, I could’ve saved quite a bit of money. Never coming here again. I’ll pay the extra few dollars for rancheritos or subway thanks.

I’ve had so many issues in the past with this location. I went there tonight (11/17) at 6:30pm and for the first time in a very long time every single part of my order was correct! All the modifications and everything plus my fries were hot and crispy and fresh!!! I hope this is an ongoing thing from now on! 😁

Nearly every time I come here there is a problem. Usually it's the food or missing food items. I've let this go several times and now I'm going to say something and I'm going to keep saying something untill the issues are fixed. Show up this morning at 6:30(they open at 6:00. They've even been open earlier than that) The doors are locked. It doesn't look like anyone is even working except maybe one person. There's no notice on why!! Many times they have forgotten to put an item from my order in my bag. Food has been cold and not edible and many times they weren't even that busy. I swear it seems like they don't know what they are doing. I've worked fast food and I've worked at McDonald's it isn't that difficult. Yet for a good majority of their employees it seems it is. I've seen management on their phone while behind the counter when they should be working. Many times they have taken longer than they should have and it hasn't been busy just to fill a small order. Get your acts together. Next time I have an issue with my food. Whether its not editor items are missing. Not only will you lose my business but I will file a dispute. No matter what the price was. Hey it together. Hire people end keep those employed who actually are w willing to take their job seriously and actually care to work and quality of the food and service. If they don't get rid of them. Plenty of other people will gladly take that job and actually care about it. I will update once/if things get better

Ordered food online. Money was taken from my account i show up amd one employee says my food was stolen amd then requested proof of purchase and when I showed the pending transaction of the funds removed from my account they responded with we never got any order. So did anyone actually even steal my order or are they stealing. Either way money was removed from my account and the manager wasnt even able to do anything. Absolutely ridiculous and uneducated. Wouldn't trust this location they may lie and steal from you as well

They get my order right most of the time. The coffee is meh. But overall it’s good.
