A very pungent, strange odor was everywhere in the establishment. It made my dining experience unpleasant. Other than that service and food at this McDonalds was solid.

BRICMELL BRICMELL

I’m a regular McDonald’s customer, but this particular location is disappointing. The place always smells bad—like a dirty mop—which makes it really unpleasant to stay and eat. Also, when you ask for sauces or condiments, the staff hands them over with a bad attitude. It would be great if they improved both the cleanliness and customer service.

So I ordered a big breakfast with hot, and then I asked another order of hot, pancakes then I get to the window I asked again did u get another order of pancakes he said yes but the price was a little low then employees ask me to park beside number 3 there no any spot beside number 3 instead I park in number1 spot I had to wait 6 minutes to get my order

Was told that this is their “Large” when clearly it says “MEDIUM FOUNTAIN TEAS AND ICED COFFEE.” I was basically arguing with your cashier over this, to the point where I just told her to charge me for it. PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR STAFF.
I just wanted an iced coffee. Ridiculous to be arguing with a customer, especially when there’s physical proof. Absolutely ridiculous over an iced coffee. Please educate your staff on what to charge people and the sizes of your drinks.
