The staff is oblivious and slow. Ordered our food on the kiosk. Our food arrived and the worker said he would bring my kids meal coke. We ate and still no coke. We also ordered cookies and didn't receive those either. They only had one younger boy running the cash register and he seemed to not comprehend anything that was happening. If you enjoy mcdonalds DO NOT go to this location

I ordered online 15 minutes before they closed, I then drive all the way there and get told they haven’t made my food because they are now closed. On top of this my card was charged. If i order my food significantly before they close I should not be disrespectfully turned away once I arrive. Staff seem absolutely miserable. They ignore you unless you call out to get their attention. Ordered a McFlurry, they brought it to the table with no spoon, and the McFlurry itself was essentially just a cup of vanilla ice cream with toppings thrown on top, not even blended.
Only saving grace was the one employee going around cleaning the dining area who never seemed to stop working.

I still go here cause it's by my house but man they make you wait 20+ minutes for small (<$5 orders). I love how McDonald's policy to keep wait times low by having people wait in the drive thru overflow proceeds to make the longest wait times possible. It's like a 50/50 if you get sent to overflow and when it happens, pray to which ever God you follow that you get your order before you die of old age.
Full of rats. McDonald's doesn't serve actual food, is ridiculously expensive and has awful service. Corporate garbage that makes everyone sick.

Ordered twice through app one with rewards points and one without. for pickup, they don't even bring you the order if it's 1 or 2 small items. Can't even go through drive thru cause you can't pull up a receipt for it.
