Thanks for making it less convenient this morning. I placed my order on the app for pickup at drive through. When I arrived they told me the drive lanes were closed. So I parked and went in. Sat there waiting for more time than I could wait. Nobody helped me. So I go my breakfast elsewhere. Go the same bacon egg sandwich and coke for way cheaper. Also it was better quality. Thanks for helping me never go to your terrible store again.

They left me standing in the drive thru waiting area while about a dozen people got their orders.

Big guy at window wasn’t looking when handing out food and kept touching my hands.

I did this review while waiting for my food. So, I not only had time to write this, but I did it after waiting for way too long. I am disabled, so it’s extra complicated for me. Over a dozen now… I’ve even told them again I’m still waiting.

Had a difficult encounter with the manager that barely spoke english. Used the mobile app to buy my food, and to go pick it up. I get there and the cashier had a hard time with my order. Manager said I had to pay again or I get nothing after already paying for my food, or wait for a refund in 3 to 5 business days. My food is sitting in front of me and I'll showing her my bank statement for food. Look out for this location!!

I rarely leave negative reviews—95% of the time my feedback is positive, and I understand that mistakes happen. However, my experience was very disappointing.
​After ordering lunch in the drive-thru, I waited at the first window to pay. When nobody appeared after a significant wait, I moved to the second window assuming I should pay there. The employee at the window was polite, but she was instructed by someone else (who didn't speak to me directly) that they would not accept my payment and that I had to drive around and wait in the massive line again.
​I had two young children in the car who had just received shots and were not feeling well, so rejoining a long line wasn't an option. We ended up leaving without food. I am always respectful to food workers and appreciate them very much, but the refusal to simply take my payment at the second window showed a total lack of care.

Service: The worst service I've ever had from a McDonalds.
Food: The fries had clearly been under the heat lamp too long.
Atmosphere: A French guy's kid was bullying girls in the playstructure.

I won't be going to any McDonalds for a while, and will avoid this one for several months at least.

Waited 45 minutes today in a drive thru line that shouldn't have been longer than 10 minutes.

I ordered two large fries, a Big Mac, a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, and two large drinks, not the whole menu. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, it took over 30 minutes for my order to be ready. Several other customers from the drive thru had to come inside to ask about their orders as well because of how slow the service was.

I was very disappointed with this location’s efficiency and customer service, and I won’t be returning.
