The food at this location is always phenomenal! Today my experience was extra special due to Naoko being quick and efficient when preparing my families large order. She was fast, efficient and friendly. This by far is my favorite panda location.

The Taylorsville location is nice and has kind employees, I would say I've always had great customer service here. I think the only concern is the food, I often fall ill after eating here and sometimes the food looks like it has been sitting for hours which then leads to it not tasting very fresh. The chow mien also could use less shredded lettuce, I feel like I go to take a bite expecting more noodle and get met with a mouth full of stringy lettuce. I really want to be able to keep going back but the food and off putting stomach ache I get every time just isn't worth it ;(

I've had good food here before but on 6/5/25 Thursday it was awful. All the food was terrible, the grilled teriyaki chicken was awful and literally tasted like hot dogs! Gross!!
The grilled teriyaki chicken was disgusting and ruined Panda express for me.
I see alot of people come in and order food. I wonder how they can deal with it. With this location you never know if the food will be good or not. And as another customer already said in the reviews, the quality has gone way down and there is more fat and gristle on the chicken. I've been eating at Panda express for many years but now I won't because the food is not as good as it was in the past. Quality has gone way down.

This company, like so many others, is having lower and lower quality food. It seems more often than not now that there are unexpected things in the chicken. More gristle than there used to be, bone on some occasions, and the last time I was at this particular location, there was a large chunk of chicken skin with feathers still attached under my orange chicken.

I used to frequent Panda, but I have been finding that more authentic food places of the same variety have been providing better quality foods that have the same taste.

We got there at 11:07. They didn't want to make us honey walnut shrimp. I usually go to the location on s south State between 711 and Alta Bank. I think 6100 s. They will make us a triple order with 10 mins to close. The person in charge didn't try to help us in any way. Seems like they want to be out the door by closing time. I will not go to that location again. I haven't had a good experience there that I can remember. I would like compensation. I drove 32 min round trip and wasted gas just to come home without dinner.

The food tasted like it was cooked by a new employee or someone who doesn’t have good cooking skills and was stale like it had been sitting on the heater for hours and the place stinks and needs to be aired out. Noodles have way too much oil as well and thats coming from someone who was a former kitchen employee.

Our order took forever, first they told us it would be a wait for noodles. Then they served everybody else prior when the noodles were done. After they told us it would be a wait for shrimp, but it was there when we ordered it. Don't waste your time here. Staff were not friendly either when helping us. Go to a different panda.

Went there at around 8pm, was not busy at all. Despite that, I waited around for a solid 5 minutes while 6 different employees were just standing around chatting, many of them making eye contact with me. When I actually DID get served, they forgot my drink, utensils, and fortune cookie. The entire time I was in there ONE person was actually working, taking orders, refilling the bar, etc.
