This was the worst pizza I've ever had. A soggy mess piled high with pineapple that had never gotten the moisture squeezed out of it. I took one bite and threw the rest in the trash. Absolutely disgusting. I moved on to the Oreo bites but they were hard as a rock. What a waste of money.

I ordered through their website for contactless delivery. I input my address in capital letters but it must have gone through in lowercase because the doordash driver thought it was i instead of L (there is no I) and rang my doorbell twice, ignoring my contactless delivery request (I have covid rn). I never got tracking and the email said my order was going to arrive 7 hours later than it did. The order is not even in my order history. Get it together papa johns.

The driver bullied my wife complaining that the tip wasn't big enough and he told her he wasn't leaving until she gave him more money. When I called the manager, he didn't seem too concerned about the fact that his driver threatened a woman half his size and figured he could get away with it. The manager gave me the feeling that he will get away with it.

I waited more than a hour and I still dont have my pizza. It's over priced. Understaffed. I will be trying to contact corporate. This is ridiculous for a pizza place.

The pizza is great but the delivery guy was a complete jerk. He had to ring the doorbell twice because we didnt hear it the first time and he acted all put out. Didn't say a word, just glared and stormed off the porch. I should have kept my tip.

Called to check on my order, talked to the manager and he was really undermining and unkind
Food was good however the delivery guy didn’t speak any English as in couldn’t even communicate the price. Didn’t bring parm and peppers that we specifically asked for. But he did find a way on his phone to ask if I wanted change aka are you tipping me.

Door dash accidentally came with the wrong order and didn’t leave any food but I called the store and they were very apologetic and already had a new pizza in the oven. New pizza got delivered very quickly and exceeded expectations. Very tasty pizza and I’m very happy with how the manager and staff handled the situation. It’s great to have a nice location nearby. Thanks guys! You rock.

They put expired toppings on your pizza just like every other papa John's does, stay as far away from papa John's as you can. I would know of the expired toppings as I have worked at several locations and they all did the same thing on making us switch the dates fir the food and use expired toppings.
