Apparently, Papa John's uses DoorDash for deliveries. I didn't know this. ETA was 36 min. About 1.5 hours later I open my front door to find a cold pizza just sitting there. They didn't knock. I have no idea how long that pizza had been sitting out there.The employee at the store seemed very understanding. They said they would refund me.I don't know how Papa John's expects to make any money doing business this way, but I definitely not be ordering from another Papa John's again.

Good pizza. Love the garlic sauce! However, the peperoncini (my favorite part of ordering from Papa John's) are down to one per pizza and getting smaller and smaller. My last one was barely there.?

I ordered online, and I got that new Cool Ranch thing. It was horrible. The bread was like old and hard. The meats I had in it, tasted like rubber. I got food poisoning from this crap. Horrible, horrible! Even my little sister got sick form it too.

Terrible customer service and terrible higiene. Went there tonight and there was a lady with blue/purple hair down making pizzas. Pizza was ready for 15 mins and was sitting there. Was cold when I got it. Staff wasn’t helpful at all. You’re better off going to dominos across the street

Absolute worst service I have ever received. Order was second handed through door dash then never delivered. After follow up 1.5 hrs later and no pizza, phoned store and was told "ya we canceled your order door dash must have just kept it" trash service.
