One of the best Pizza Hut pizza I've had, the pizza was cooked perfectly as well as the cheese sticks. The worker appeared to be working by himself, was impressed with his attitude and time management taking and getting orders out.
I was just hung up on my someone because I wanted to cancel my carryout order. The quality of the food at this location is not up to par with what it should be either.

Don’t do it. Quality of the pizza was subpar at best, and as many others have mentioned, the delivery will be outsourced to DoorDash and your order will be cold (twice).

Service was horrible they ignored everyone at the counter and forgot to even start one pizza and two desserts after all the other food was ready we were 20 minutes waiting for everything they didn’t start while the other pizzas and wings got cold all to find out when the bring it all out they only made half the breadsticks

At one point I used to say this was a good Pizza Hut but tonight I ordered it again and somehow the order got messed up and was ordered for 2 hours after I ordered it when we called to ask about it the employee told us that there was nothing he could do about it and that we'd have to cancel our order and reorder so we reordered and it said it would be done in 15 minutes got there as it said it was supposed to be done at 9:20 after already waiting an hour and a half for the first pizza only to be told we have to re order it. As I waited there I was treated poorly and told it would be another 15 minutes after another 15 minutes I went back in to see how it was progressing and was told that it's going to take another 10 minutes and that I needed to wait I will definitely think twice about ordering from this place again and would recommend to anyone else not to order from here

We ordered a bunch of food, wings, fries, melts. The guy who delivered our order literally threw it at our door and ran off and half of the order is missing. This place is pathetic, you can't get on the phone with ANYONE.

We placed an order online and everything ended up being delivered through door dash. We did NOT place the order through door dash. Half of the order was missing and the “dasher” left his bag and literally ran away from the front door. We’ve been on hold with customer service for over 20 minutes just trying to get a refund at this point and no one is helping us. Ordering from this store is a SCAM.
Scam. Made an online order, easy peasy. Delivery completed via DoorDash, ok no prob. Missing a liter of soda, wrong side, and some random dessert I didn't order. Tried calling the store and was put on hold until a busy signal and the call ended. Twice. At least you got the pizza right.

Three times in a row I order delivery. Three times in a. Row I am brought the wrong order. And what’s their answer every single time? “Well if you want we can re make it but you have to come and pick it up.” How does this make ANY SENSE??? I’ve paid the delivery fees, tip, plus inflated menu price. And the best you can do is make me come and pick it up?? Subpar service doesn’t even cut it.

I understand now why Marcos and Little ceasers have become top tier for pizza. Pizza hut has completely fallen off the wagon, especially this location. Ordered a simple medium pizza and breadsticks and recieved god only knows what and the funniest part is they have the nerve to ask you at checkout when picking up "do you wanna leave a tip" and then when you ask for napkins, parmesean and crushed pepper they tell you "oh that actually extra cost sorry" like are you kidding me? Lol, you guys just go to little ceasers/dominos/marcos/ even 7/11 pizza is better price and quality, and they provide napkins/parmeasan and red peppers.

Ordered on the app and waited 25 min for my order. When I went in I was told my order was in the oven by the lady at the register. 15 min later o go up and ask how much longer it would be and then was told that my order had already been picked up. I asked or a refund after waiting 40 min and was told that there was no manager in duty. They then said they would re make it and after waiting another 15 min I left with my pizza made wrong. Everyone in there is incompetent.

I’ve ordered a simple thin crust pepperoni pizza from here twice now and both times it was regular crust. I literally have only ordered just this one item and it’s never been right. I don’t really understand how that’s possible. Please double check your orders when ordering from this location.
